“Went to celebrate my friends birthday - yearly date at Jacobsmeyers - and we were not disappointed. Food was awesome - cheeseburger pizza is recommended! - and the atmosphere was friendly and upbeat. Both St. Louis Cardinals and Blues were on the big screens - double bonus as the crowd was alive with good spirits and playoff pride with a sea of blues jerseys and cardinal T-shirt’s. “My big sister helps run the place on the weekends and works the kitchen . it's a nice quiet relaxing spot to play some pool, play video games, darts , have some drinks and great food plus, the atmosphere is always chilled. I highly recommend the double cheeseburger and fries combo with a drink for only 6$, or for a starter the cauliflower bites coupled with mini tacos are also pretty great. Brews are solid priced and reasonable and so are shots it's a great place to stop in and have a few drinks or hang out with friends and get together.“

“Well if it wasn't for the door guy that's a straight up douche bag and over steps his authority has a power trip. And is as dumb or if not dumber than a box of rocks. They get rid of him definitely be a decent place.

“I drive past this place a lot and never paid it any attention. My friend and I wanted some frozen drinks and food. When I say this place was a pleasant surprise. From the security to the ladies working at the bar we felt cared for. Even the other patrons were really nice. You can tell they are regulars there and we enjoyed that. The drinks were A1 in taste and buzz level. The only “issue” I had was the menu I read about online wasn’t as extensive. I had my heart set on something I didn’t see in person but that’s not a dealbreaker. They will see us again.“

We chatted at the counter as we waited to have our orders rung up by Sharon, another delightful human being. 🥰 Great conversation, and JC proudly told me about his son getting accepted at a local private school for his academic and sports achievements. JC was beaming. Proud Dad. We shared our concerns for the world as it is now, and how we just want everyone to live their best lives. Short conversation, lifetime memory. JC invited me to stop at "J.C. Supper Club" the next time I am in town. We parted, and he said, "Come by, I'll remember you." I know, and I'll remember him, too. “I've been going here for years, and the food is low-key underrated. I had the beef Philly for the first time, and it was dang good! I'd had the chicken Philly before, which is great too, but the bartender recommended trying the beef, and it was a good call! Get you a side of cheese sauce with the fries, and oh, it is in the game!“

“T is a wonderful and attentive bar tender. She greeted myself and my crew upon arriving, and she made sure that we were good throughout our visit. She was very nice and cool and her knowledge of drinks and the food menu was great. She has a wonderful spirit and she made our time at the bistro a blast. The food was wonderful and the venue itself was very clean and well kept. The food is consistently good, which is a plus and I always have such a good time when I come.“

“The bartender wasn't in when I arrived. No DJ, only in the weekends. Cool place to play darts or watch the game. When the bartender did arrive her service was horrible. Never did she smile or thank you. The pasta was pretty good coming from a bar.??‍♀️???“

“Crazy awesome and fairly secretive spot - a former German restaurant turned Mexican restaurant turned 70's wood paneled rec room with some of the wildest experimental music shows in town. If they are serving food the street tacos are great but the Al Pastor burrito is a true hidden gem in St. Louis. Don't miss out on this spot when its open for its limited hours!“

However, they are soon to redeem that with a new menu just days away. Meanwhile do not get the fried goat chese medallions and assume there is ANY meat like we did by the name 'medallions' [really our mistake bc no where on that expensive appetizer 'medalion' listing did it say beef anything !
The waitress we had seemed rushed like she had too many tables to attend to. Terrace seating was nice overall a little pricey for quality.“

“Wow!! What a great experience! We stopped here to grab a late dinner after an exhausting fun filled day. The food was fantastic! Highly recommend the Reuben or the meatloaf sandwich. Frozen Irish coffee was so good and the hot Irish coffee strong but very good. Employees were super nice. Bathrooms super clean. We highly recommend and when we come back to St Louis, we will be back!“
