“Having lived in India, this is true Indian food! Everything we ordered was delicious! I was amazed to see the Pakora even done the way it is served in India. “Curry leaf is a very 'family restaurant' vibe to it, something that's rarely seen in new restaurants nowadays. The staff is very courteous, the food is amazing (specially Biriyanis and Beef fry..🥰)and the food is priced economically (not too cheap, nor too expensive). a great place to eat to hearts content!“

“Clean Friendly Cocktails Atmosphere Delicious From start to finish it was fantastic! ALL OF IT! Even had the right music selection. 3 of us and we were all so happy with our meals. Pork loin, ravioli and naan nini 6 beverages appetizers and desserts. Attention to details and her palate of flavors is spot on.“
“I came here thinking it was an “asian market” and I suppose it is, but east asian! Was super impressed by the service and the Indian food selection. They didn’t have all the ingredients I wanted to make my Chinese lo mein noodles but I picked up some chai and masala packets. If only my eating window were open I would have stayed to try some of the home cooked food. It smelled delicious! Will be back!“

“Such a great experience all around- for take out. The woman who took our counter top order was so patient and informative with me. She walked me through different dishes and their level of spice- she discussed dishes I was familiar with and encouraged me to me to try something new. The food was ready in 20 minutes, travelled well, and made the entire family happy. Very fresh home cooking style and economical as well. Best Indian food in the Northern corner of Lake County. Just over 41 on Washington in Gurnee“
