“We had a great time here, kids loved it. If you have younger kids / kids who don’t sleep through the night, mornings are tough. Stores / water park doesn’t open until later in the morning. We ended up leaving the hotel to get breakfast, explore etc because nothing was open.“

I tried the new Chicken Big Mac; not a fan! The chicken patties were tough to chew and slid off the special sauce. Some bites tasted like fish. The shredded lettuce is getting more sparling, soggy, and small.
The family is still a fan of the fish sandwich: perfectly breaded and crispy, with just the right amount of sauce.
The staff here is friendly than the one at Grand and Green Bay and the busy one at Grand & Dilleys.“

“Went through the drive up and with a dead phone battery and no way to charge it I couldn't use Google maps to get back to my hotel. This supervisor took the time to Google map my hotel then hand wrote down every single exit/ turn/ even streets, .. 99% of people would not even attempt that and she needs to be recognized for her customer service skills and kindness.. I gave here a Walmart gift card with a whopping $4 left on it and I was so embarrassed but thought that was the only way at that time to show her, how do you say???
