“wish there was a maybe recomemd button.. Same teen boy every time we visit, and unfortunately, the same issue each time. Our first visit, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and received a BLT. On the second visit, I specifically ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain — only bacon and cheese — but by my third bite, it was full of ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Today was our third visit, and I ordered two chili dogs with no cheese (I even repeated it twice). Yet both came out covered in cheese. This could be serious if someone was not able to have something or allergic. The first time, I thought maybe he was new. The second time, I was having a rough day and tried to laugh it off. But this time, we were on a time crunch, and having to wait for the order to be remade was really frustrating. I truly don’t like to complain because the food itself is great — the strawberry milkshakes and ice cream are amazing, and the rest of the menu is usually really good. But the service has been consistently poor every time we’ve come. It’s hard to believe ours is the only order that’s been rung up wrong. Either this young man needs more training, shouldn’t be on the register, or maybe just isn’t a good fit for that position. We’ve never been offered a refund, a remake without the wait, or even an apology — and that’s disappointing for an otherwise great place.”

“always have such a great experience with the employees here, and i LOVE that it's open 24 hours. every time i eat here the bread i get has gotten progressively more hard and stale. it doesnt really ruin the whole sandwich, but it's noticable. it's not an issue any of the store employees have, it's a corporate issue. it's never the employee's fault for the food they get shipped and told to serve, but maybe subway should do a better job of the way its packaging and storing the bread for transportation. overall good experience, i just wish the bread was soft!”

“Honestly the only McDonald’s that doesn’t take 20 mins for me to get food and it’s always fresh! I never have received cold fries. They are also always friendly. This is the only McDonald’s I go to now cause I’ve been burned by so many. Thank you so much for all your hard work in there!!”

“My husband and I always went out for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Although he passed away earlier this year, I decided to wipe away my tears and drag myself out of bed to celebrate the life we shared. I chose to celebrate at Moussalli’s because it was one of favorite restaurants. I had a 5 PM reservation on 10/23 (we were a group of 7 because I didn’t want to be alone). We were there along with a huge group of 65, but that took nothing away from our experience. The staff were wonderful! The food was delicious. The lemon drop martinis were divine! You all made a hard day a little bit easier. Thank you!”

“I ordered online and got errors stating problems with website on 12/16. I stopped by as it appeared that everything went through including the charge. I stopped by the store and the manager saw what I was seeing and worked with me to get my order processed (which was not easily resolved). He was very patient and helped get my order processed. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff.”

The girl working the front is absolutely amazing. She gave her a pad of paper and something to write with and let her put her drawing on the wall. “We live 2 hours north and were in town for a Band Competition, we stopped in to eat. Our server Jordan was fabulous. With it being our first time there the manager sent us some free deviled eggs to sample! Highly recommend the deviled eggs, so tasty! They were a little busy with several parties and took a little longer to get our food but our server was attentive and apologetic for the wait. We were not mad or upset about the wait, totally understand when it’s busy. The manager gave us a free dessert for the wait. The customer service is top notch and they seem to care about the customers. And a plus that the food is delicious!!!! Highly recommend!! We will def be back!”

“The ice cream is very good, but...don't plan on any "naughty" flavors at the Edwardsville store, probably ever. That aspect is very disappointing. Service is great, atmosphere good. The owners should be up-front and post "no boozy flavors" on the Edwardsville website, not just a sign inside (after you're already inside the store). The ice cream was very tasty, but I was craving something "special".”

“Tracy and Callie do an incredible job of fostering community at this bar. Not only are the brewed beers incredible, but all cocktails and mocktails are top notch and the rotating guest beers means there's always something to enjoy. We love going for trivia, open mic night, or anytime there's music. We always know there will be a friendly face and good conversations because there's no TVs to turn the crowd into zombies. The patio is welcoming, and the inside is cozy and extremely clean. If I could give more than a 100% rating I would. I feel so fortunate to have such a good small-town bar in this community.”
