“Last summer we stopped a Mission BBQ in Chattanooga on the recommendation of friend that lives there. It was soooooo good and we have been craving it ever since. On Friday we decided to drive 2.5 hours to this location, from just west of Des Moines, as it is the closest one to us. It was also sooooo good! Staff were great and very attentive!”

“Sometimes there sold out of cookies. But that’s ight. The employees seem sad sometimes. But that’s probably because they have to deal with some crappy customers. They also have another option if there out of a cookie, or will compensate somehow. The one thing that I’m not a big fan of, is sometimes the store looks a bit dirty. Otherwise, the employees try their best, and the cookies are pretty good. If they have them.”

“My husband and I live little over an hour away. We enjoy coming to the quad cities often. We by chance decided to try out Monarch Kitchen + Bar based off of their rating. All I can say is I am so impressed. Impressed with the care and quality of food. The wait staff are amazing. I am a person who doesn’t use seed oils at home. To know I can go out and eat somewhere and know the ingredients are fresh and good for you means everything. We stayed two days and ate there for lunch and came back the next day for dinner. We loved the lo mein and the garlic aioli fries, but honestly everything we tried was amazing. It is now our new favorite restaurant in the quad cities. We will definitely be back and will tell our friends. Thank you for making our trip even more special!”

“Stayed in the QC last night, up from Florida, and drove by this place late evening.... Decided to stop in and give it a try .... It was WONDERFUL!! .... I arrived and the place was PACKED!! .... Only a short wait to be seated ... The staff work as a great team helping each other out ... Food was brought pretty quickly considering how busy they were .... Got the farmers omelet and pancakes in place of the toast ... Look at those pancakes ... Light, fluffy, and the syrup was even warm .... The omelet was equally good ... I suggest y'all give them a try yourselves.”

“What great space with great people! We stopped by after the Reindeer Rambler 5k. It was so cute, cozy, and festive! The bartenders were so sweet, and the vibe is it! It was a beautiful day outside for December and we got to sit outside by the fire pit. The outside is just an inviting as the inside. 10/10 will be back”

“Have enough people not ranted and raved about this place. I'm already dreaming about the next time I have their banana graham ice cream. Top tier stuff, can't imagine why you would go anywhere else for ice cream if you live anywhere near the quad cities. I'm thankful I'm 2 hours away, otherwise I'd find myself here way too often.”
