“This is my favorite place for frozen yogurt. Over the past 10 years I've visited many locations, all of which started to decline and inevitably close (Glenview, Park Ridge, Deerfield, Mount Prospect). Schaumburg has been the most consistent location over the years. Algonquin was always pretty good too but my last visit the froyo was watery. I know there are Bloomingdale and Downers Grove locations but I haven't been to those. The location is very clean and although there are typically kids running the locations, the store is always well kept and the toppings station is always full and clean. The froyo is always great, and they always have good flavors. Their machines are typically full. And like I've mentioned always consistent. I've been turned off by other froyo shops where the froyo is priced by the ounce and the froyo comes out of the machine like frozen or watery slush and just a small amount weighs a ton, so you're paying more for less, not to mention not enjoyable froyo. The Schaumburg location the consistency of the yogurt is always spot on. It's never watery, too icy/slushy or bland. I truly believe this location takes pride in their shop. I hope they stay in business forever!“

My sister in law loves ordering here for her party and that was when I tried their cakes and oh my goodness, It was one of the best cake I have ever had. Its a little pricey but Its so worth it. “Very good Italian restaurant. The highlight for me was the prices which are extremely reasonable for a higher and Italian place. The atmosphere is real nice. The service was attentive and no complaints. I had the lasagna and chicken, Parmesan, combo plate, and our group of four ordered drinks, appetizers, meals, and dessert. Tiramisu was excellent. Meatballs for appetizer were great as well. I would highly recommend this place. The prices are probably only slightly higher than Olive Garden but this is for sure. A much better place.“

“Service was incredibly accommodating from Management to waitresses. We had an impromptu party of over 20 for a Union meeting in the middle of the day. We reserved the largest table available but our party became too large, Management moved us to a private area of the restaurant which allowed us plenty of space to conduct business.The food was wonderful! “This was my first time trying Bibibop and I was glad they expanded their locations. Plenty of parking. It’s not far from the Woodfield Mall. Prices were very reasonable because you do get a ton of food for your meal plus the free miso soup. When you walk in, it’s like an Asian version of Chipotle/Subway/Poke Bros where you choose your ingredients in front of you. You choose the base, protein, toppings, and sauces. Loren and Brandon, the owners, really care about these kids and the same with the quality of food they make fresh every day. I had one of the best petite filets I've had in a long time - so tender and flavorful. “Well, after six months in Schaumburg, and after passing this restaurant daily in that time? It was TIME for a try! Ok- on arrival, I was immediately greeted by a nice young man - but after I said "Dinner for one, please?" - he promptly disappeared with no explanation. He returned, didn't speak to me, then disappeared w/o any acknowledgement of my arrival. NOT a great way to treat a 1st time client, right? The young lady there then asked if I'd been helped - I told her I thought the young man would seat me? She disappeared; he returned, and w/o any apology he sat me down w/o comment. I somehow must have reminded him of either an estranged older brother or - god forbid- a father he was ticked off at. Not reassuring for a first impression. After a wait of about 3 minutes, a lovely lady, Cindy, came to introduce herself and take my drink order (a Peroni, natch!). Service was lovely and timely from this point on - thank goodness. A popular place, with a large menu incorporating pizza (thin and stuffed crust, of course- this is Chicagoland, after all) - I ordered an appetizer of Italian sausage medallions in a tasty tomato-based sauce - absolutely stunning flavor and one I'll look forward to in a future visit. Dinner was a small thin crust margherita pizza. While it was a very serviceable pizza with fresh ingredients, the crust- along the edges - had little flavor to it. Might be the norm, but to this West-coaster it tasted slightly bland. But all said? It was really nice and enjoyable, esp with the chili flakes added :) Will I return? I will give them another shot- absolutely. I suspect it's family owned and the young man working would - to put it mildly - would rather "not" be working. I get it. I was a teen once as well. But if it's putting food on your table and a roof over your head? A bit more care and concern to your customers is needed. Not trying to bash the young man- he just needs to realize that you only get one first impression with a new customer - BUT- Cindy - the waitperson who did the actual heavy-lifting? A pure joy, absolutely. I'll bring my hub-hub next time - but it would have been a 5 but for the aforementioned young man's lack of customer service skills.“

But I was astonished at the excellent food quality, the delightful presentation and the superior service. I ordered a lunch special, a 7" wild mushroom pizza and a salad. When the salad arrived, my jaw dropped. It was a heaping bowl of salad, with the lettuce nicely chopped up and lots of stuff added in, absolutely scrumptious. It was anything but a 'side' salad. I sampled by wife's tomato soup and found it delightful, just the right amount of spice. and now I'll have trouble in the future trying to decide between the salad or the soup. The mushroom pizza was great ! And the server, Christopher, refilled my coffee cup 3 times before I declined a fourth. I can't remember the last time any server anywhere, kept my coffee cup filled.
