“We had a great time celebrating my mom's 67th birthday at Asian Harbor Restaurant in Homewood, IL! The restaurant was beautifully decorated with modern Asian flair. The waitress was very engaging and entertaining! Although it was crowded in the restaurant, we were able to get seated fairly quickly, and we felt like we received VIP treatment! The food and beverages were EXCELLENT and quite affordable! Everything we ate, including the seaweed salad, crab ragoon, pot stickers, egg foo young, pad see ew, orange chicken and the specialty shrimp dish that was stir fried at our table was SUPERB! We will be returning! It's a nice family restaurant, so go and have a great time!Wheelchair accessibility: My mom felt comfortable because the ramp and the wide tables accommodated her wheelchair.“

“Ever since my go to restaurant Hong Min closed, I have been searching for a new Chinese restaurant. I live 4 minutes away and my girlfriends wanted to try this new restaurant Harmony in Palos Heights. They both ordered Pina coladas and they said it's pricey but pretty delicious. My dirty martini is gross. Dirty martini was my choice of drink so I've had quite a few and this is one that normally tells you they don't know what they're doing. It's just straight up vodka. No vermouth and no brine. Nothing but vodka with ice.Service was pleasant. Very friendly and the place was pretty big. Love how spacious the booths are which was very comfortable.Pot stickers was big and doughy and I had the Mongolian beef and it was delicious but it is spicy. I can eat spice and this was right up my alley. Chicken fried rice was also pretty good. Love how big the portions are and not skimpy at all.If my dirty martini was good, I probably would have given them 5 stars. It is my fault for ordering a dirty at a Chinese restaurant but with a liquor license, I expect that's doable. They could have simply say, please order from the menu or wine. We don't do martinis. Still a decent 4 stars. Will definitely be back for other dishes maybe no alcohol for me.“

“Love this place! Definitely recommend. Just eat here. Order with the board and the dry erase.Continue reading if you have more questions. This was my first visit but won’t be my last. Went alone and sat at the bar.Food: I had 6 of the fresh rolls and it of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The rainbow roll was absolutely amazing (my go-to roll). The prices are very reasonable: Specialty rolls are $10-12, and the basic rolls are 2 for $10. Most places in the area are charging $14-$21 for a specialty roll. The size of roll was perfect, not too big not too small and so much flavor in each bite. None of my rolls fell apart, just all around quality. The owner is from Korea so I’m disappointed I did not try the Korean specialties, but ordered Bibimbab to go. She recommended a few dishes for next time.Atmosphere: People keep describing it as a “hole in the wall,” I disagree and describe it as “cozy.” It’s like you’re sitting in the owners living room watching Tv and eating. It may not be everyone’s vibe… but their right people appreciate it. Maybe not the place for a first date high school date, but two degenerates, absolutely.Service: My service was fantastic. There was two people working, I believe they are both owners. The one that made my rolls brought them over with a smile, so nice. They are very kind and easy to talk to. I do not enjoy most people but I enjoyed their company. I read some of the negative reviews and don’t listen to them, they are incorrect. The owners are laid back, hard working and they might not tolerate Karen’s. ??‍♀️ is what it is. They’ll tell you like it is and I’m here for it.People watching is on point.Vegetarian options: At least 10 vegetarian options.“
