Brianna provided outstanding service and was very pleasant to me and the other guests in line before me. Brianna was very professional and is a great face for the company! “Everyday when going to work, I pass by 2 other Dunkin' and I drive a couple minutes out of my way (passing my turn for work) just to go to this location. The staff is always amazing, the coffee is always great, my order is always right. This is my favorite Dunkin' by far!“

“The Dunkin’ Donuts on Randall road is amazing!!! They were so sweet to my dogs and she absolutely loved Clark 💕 they each got a lil vanilla munchkin and she even gave them treats to go! Definitely made my morning a little bit better. I’m really big on customer service, and she was the sweetest. Will definitely be coming back with the boys to see her again🥰. Way to go girl at the drive-through!“

“I stop at this location often in the early evening on my way to a second job to get a pick-me-up drink. Every time I go through the drive-thru, the young lady taking my order is so friendly and helpful. There is another young lady who always hands me my drink who is also just so friendly. It's positive and kind employees like these two young ladies that will make someone's day! :)“

“I went today and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin! The gentlemen working was very kind and worked quickly. He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink). Highly recommend.“
