“I got a large ice coffee. It was made perfect it was delicious when I walked thru the door I was greeted right away. The place was extremely clean. I did use the restroom very clean. This is around 9 o’clock in the morning. The drive-through was very busy. There was only a few people in the restaurant. I have to say I did notice their donut counter where they have all the donuts it was very, very clean. I will go back to this location because the employees there were super friendly, and the place was very very clean. Great job.“

“I went today and this was by far the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin! The gentlemen working was very kind and worked quickly. He made the best oat milk shaken espresso I’ve had and filled it with a very appropriate amount of ice which I really appreciate (other Dunkins always fill it to the brim with ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink). Highly recommend.“

“The Dunkin’ Donuts on Randall road is amazing!!! They were so sweet to my dogs and she absolutely loved Clark 💕 they each got a lil vanilla munchkin and she even gave them treats to go! Definitely made my morning a little bit better. I’m really big on customer service, and she was the sweetest. Will definitely be coming back with the boys to see her again🥰. Way to go girl at the drive-through!“

“This was the first time I went in to patronize this particular Dunkin Donuts location in Huntley, IL. Brianna provided outstanding service and was very pleasant to me and the other guests in line before me. Brianna was very professional and is a great face for the company! I wish all employees I encountered were as polite and professional as Brianna. I hope she is working the next time I am at her store! Much thank for a great visit!“
