Three errors on drinks were made while I was there (wasn't very busy) and the girls working there laughed it off. My cashier was swearing when she spilled my drink on her hand, with the owner standing right behind her. Very unprofessional.
Recently moved to Algonquin, I'm only 5 minutes from this Dunkin location. Besides being fast, accurate, and Always having the donuts I want, the Staff is Incredible! Every time I'm there, I'm greeted with a smile. The crew all seems to get along with each other.The owner/manager of this location has done a great job hiring and training the employees.?

I don’t understand any of the negative reviews! I come here multiple times a week and everyone is so nice! The new group of younger employees are great. Even when lines are long they are calm and not frazzled or rude. I think any negative reviews come from people who have never worked in the service industry.
