“The Dunkin’ Donuts on Randall road is amazing!!! They were so sweet to my dogs and she absolutely loved Clark 💕 they each got a lil vanilla munchkin and she even gave them treats to go! Definitely made my morning a little bit better. I’m really big on customer service, and she was the sweetest. Will definitely be coming back with the boys to see her again🥰. Way to go girl at the drive-through!“

“We went for afternoon tea yesterday. What an amazing experience! This was our first time visiting. The tea choice is plentiful. We had the quiche, scone and tart. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. We will definitely be returning for lunch another time.“

“I moved away from the area and was visiting. I needed to get my daily cup of coffee so I searched where I could get a good cup of coffee. Summer Moon came up with a 4.8 rating, so I tried it. I just bought a medium house blend and added my own Nutpods half and half. It was SO delicious! It was good and strong and very flavorful. The barista said it was a medium, but it's more like a medium/dark, which I like. I was sitting in my car drinking it, but before I left, I went back in with my travel mug and got another coffee for the road! This was the best coffee I've had from a coffee shop in a long time. I was also pleased that they also had a variety of gluten free bakery items from a local bakery. Not many places have this. When I'm in town again, I'll be back!“

“I have been to FiFi’s creamery now five different times and every time has been wonderful. They allow you to taste before you choose a flavor which is great! I have met both owners now and they are really passionate about what they do! The shop itself is so cute and they have done such a great job. This DD is also light speed ahead of the one in pingree Grove up the street and it's actually faster to drive past the other one and go to this one in order to get our food. “This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

“I like your coffee. And it is the nearest Starbucks to my job. Before job I wanted to buy cappuccino, came 20 min to 7:00 pm. Barista said with machine done can make espresso and any hot drinks. It is easy to wash the pitcher and steamer. I went out without coffee.“

Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. I wasn’t even pissed off until I left after the return .“

“I have to say as a local Woodstock resident, I frequently visit this Woodstock location and it literally has to be one of the most FRIENDLY sbux! The employees doesn’t matter who is there the employees are always just so friendly and polite, I’ll be honest I dunno if I could do that, that early in the am and I’m sure not every customer is pleasant especially in the early am hours, I know I’m about half awake when I go in to order lol, yet consistently every employee is polite and seems happy to be there. If they are having a bad day, you’d never know it at this location. And yes my drink is always made wonderfully, I like to keep it simple with a venti cold brew with a few vanilla pumps and vanilla cold foam; and it’s done so wonderfully every time. Keep up the great work & just wanted to share some positive feedback for once, since we don’t always live in a world of positivity-customer service especially is hard these days, thank you to the employees here who keep this location going! You all are truly great! We customers do notice and I hope you all know we appreciate it! 😊“
