Everything here is smooth, rich, and never bitter. The Moon Milk takes every drink to another level. “First time at the Conscious Cup with my sister on Mother's Day. Upon entering, welcomed by the best barista ever Uriel who immediately made us feel supported in our beverage decisions. He inquisitively asked some warm, conversational questions and directed us toward the best choice for our preferences and moods for the day. My sister has also noted (prior to learning his name this day) that she had actually stopped coming for a time as she was not enjoying her drinks until one day Uriel made hers and now she is pleased every time she stops in and he's working. Please consider giving Uriel some gold stars, having him train other employees, and a pay raise because he deserves it and we will definitely be back.“

“We love this dunkin' donuts! They always get us through the line quickly and get us our food and drinks accurately. This DD is also light speed ahead of the one in pingree Grove up the street and it's actually faster to drive past the other one and go to this one in order to get our food. “Marketing department really needs to upload more photos. People need to see the mural! This place is really nice and cozy. I wanted to dine-in, but there weren't any other customers, so I felt awkward being the only one there each time. Maybe it was cause I went past the morning coffee rush. I'm always looking for a place that does a good strong coffee without it being too bitter. I think this is my favorite place now. First time there, the barista suggested a hot oat milk Maple Brown Sugar Latte with an extra shot of espresso to fit my dietary needs and taste preference. It's super delicious. I also got a cup of tea, and she let use two different tea flavors in one cup, the way I usually do it at home. I appreciated that. The second time I got a hot Salted Caramel Fudge Latte and Turkey Avocado Wrap. I forgot to ask for an alt milk, and the chips were a smidge stale. I totally forgot to ask for oat milk. I usually have lactase pills for such times, but not this one. Yikes. My boyfriend liked the chips, so it's ok. The wrap was really good though, it's HUGE, and they toast it! They also have packets of ketchup and Cholula hot sauce. Today, I returned for that delicious hot oat milk Maple Brown Sugar Latte + espresso, and a chamomile tea with lime. I'm pretty content.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

“I like your coffee. And it is the nearest Starbucks to my job. Before job I wanted to buy cappuccino, came 20 min to 7:00 pm. Barista said with machine done can make espresso and any hot drinks. It is easy to wash the pitcher and steamer. I went out without coffee.“

Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. I wasn’t even pissed off until I left after the return .“

“I have to say as a local Woodstock resident, I frequently visit this Woodstock location and it literally has to be one of the most FRIENDLY sbux! The employees doesn’t matter who is there the employees are always just so friendly and polite, I’ll be honest I dunno if I could do that, that early in the am and I’m sure not every customer is pleasant especially in the early am hours, I know I’m about half awake when I go in to order lol, yet consistently every employee is polite and seems happy to be there. If they are having a bad day, you’d never know it at this location. And yes my drink is always made wonderfully, I like to keep it simple with a venti cold brew with a few vanilla pumps and vanilla cold foam; and it’s done so wonderfully every time. Keep up the great work & just wanted to share some positive feedback for once, since we don’t always live in a world of positivity-customer service especially is hard these days, thank you to the employees here who keep this location going! You all are truly great! We customers do notice and I hope you all know we appreciate it! 😊“
