“Went through the drive thru on 10/29 around 6:40 or so and we wanted two vanilla sprinkled donuts and she said ok pull up. We get to the window and she said “we dont have those ones you ordered, so here’s a random assortment hope that’s ok” and she gave them to us and insisted they were free. Thank you Dunkin“

“I’ve been here a few times and I’ve always enjoyed the coffee. I’ve also had a pastry or two on the last visits like a poptart it was pretty good. The coffee deserves 5 stars. On the other hand, their breakfast sandwich and avocado toast are not great. I ordered for delivery since I start work very early and they open after I have to he in office. I requested pickled onions and they gave a GENEROUS amount. Way too much that I had to pick them off. It didn’t feel balanced. The flavor of the onions are kind of odd. I’ve made pickled onions myself and had them at other restaurants, but I don’t like the way these are made. Hard to pinpoint the flavor of what they added in the pickling process since it tastes more than just adding vinegar, lime, water and sugar. The biscuit bread was moist… and it tasted weird and bitter… the aftertaste to the sandwich was not pleasant. I’m not sure how to describe it, and not sure if the biscuit or sausage was moldy or not but it tasted awful. I’m definitely not ordering the sandwich or avocado toast again. I’ll just stick to the coffee or whatever pastries they got.“

“It doesn't matter what time of day you need a treat, 7brew has you covered. Usually stop for a midday coffee and the options to customize are dang near endless and they'll make right if it isn't. The music speakers are a bit loud depending on whose working but a lively atmosphere...Leah in the morning is absolutely outstanding, patient even when she run the stand by herself the other morning.“

“i had heard about lincoln house in a huntley facebook group & ever since then i knew i had to try it myself. first impression 10/10 it was super chill and had cozy vibes. i tried the pesto caprese & added chicken to it, and also the tropical island smoothie. it was toooo good and i definitely will be coming back!“

“My husband got a large salted caramel blended and I got vanilla with a shot of caramel large blended drink. The drinks are huge! And so yummy. I think our total was like $16 for the 2. Highly recommend! And they can make you just about anything you want!“

“Absolutely love it here! We drive 25 minutes out of our way to get coffee here multiple times a week even though we pass 7 brew, Starbucks and Bigby to get there. Very grateful that it isn’t too well known because we love not waiting. The coffee is amazing and I never have a crash with it. “I have been a regular customer for a long time- the baristas know me by name and know my drink order. Picked up my iced coffee this morning and didn’t realize until I was done drinking my coffee that there was a nice little note on my cup! This definitely made my Monday morning ! “We love this dunkin' donuts! They always get us through the line quickly and get us our food and drinks accurately. This DD is also light speed ahead of the one in pingree Grove up the street and it's actually faster to drive past the other one and go to this one in order to get our food. By far the most efficient Dunkin in the area“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

“Love this place! My husband and daughter and I go almost every weekend. The coffee and food are so good, and it’s such a chill environment that we love spending at least an hour there each time. The staff are so friendly and kind. Yes sometimes there’s a long line during busy hours, but it’s such a nice place that we don’t mind just hanging out while we wait.“

“Staff is rude and insulting. Poorest customer service. Accept no responsibility for their behavior and mistakes. Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. I wasn’t even pissed off until I left after the return .“

“I like your coffee. And it is the nearest Starbucks to my job. Before job I wanted to buy cappuccino, came 20 min to 7:00 pm. Barista said with machine done can make espresso and any hot drinks. It is easy to wash the pitcher and steamer. I went out without coffee.“

“I stop at this location pretty regularly and the employees are always polite and cheerful. But I felt inclined to write a review today because I was so charmed by something that happened this morning. A family came in shortly after I had and it was one of the little girl's birthday. The woman behind the register (sorry I didn't catch her name) was so delightful for them, chatting to the birthday girl and even giving the kids a special treat. It put a smile on my face seeing how happy the kids were, sure brightened up this cold, wet, windy day.“
