“I hit the drive thru most mornings and the staff is always so nice and accommodating. I mess up my mobile order on occasion and they are happy to make what I forgot. They are also so fast, it's normally a 30 second to 1 minute wait in total before I am on my way again.“

“I went here for the first time today and absolutely loved it! The shop is so cute and cozy. It’s such a calm atmosphere and not overly crowded and busy for a Saturday morning either. The bakery treats were seriously incredibly. So soft, moist, decadent, flavorful, and overall fantastic! I had the best blueberry oat bar and muffin for ever had today! Seriously. They had a ton of vegan options! They were so accommodating to vegans with their options and the staff was very knowledgeable about the options. The barista was incredibly kind, outgoing, and helped my friend and I decide on the vegan treats we wanted. She also ensured we ordered the right drink to fit our needs. She was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be coming here again! Absolutely recommend this adorable shop!“

“My son loved his first time here! It is very well kept and clean. There are separate spaces for both kids who are not yet walking and older kids. He enjoyed a little bit of both. “A must go-to for coffee/café connissures. The Seventh Heaven latte is the perfect balance of sweet flavors without going overboard on the sugar. I paired my latte with the Amarillo Chipotle sandwich. An absolutely delicious spicy twist on the classic bacon, egg, and cheese. Jesse helped me decide on the order and I'm so glad he did. The staff were kind, professional, and most importantly know what they are doing with their food and drinks. 10/10“

“Everyday when going to work, I pass by 2 other Dunkin' and I drive a couple minutes out of my way (passing my turn for work) just to go to this location. The staff is always amazing, the coffee is always great, my order is always right. This is my favorite Dunkin' by far!“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

“Four cars were in the drive-up, so we went inside to get the Halloween Munchkins Bucket on Sunday. Two people were in line. Only one young girl (Gracie) was working, but she was efficiently going back and forth between waiting on the drive-thru and the inside customers with a great attitude, no less. She apologized and said getting our bucket might take a few minutes because she was the only one working. We had no problem waiting and understood her situation. But we got the bucket quickly because she was very organized. She deserves a raise or bonus for doing that all on her own. Where was the manager? Poor girl should not have had to manage that all on her own.“

“I pretty much come here daily because it's close, and i'm so grateful that i'm close to a good location! The staff is always friendly, the line always moves fast. It's a small Drive thru so sometimes you worry the line is long, but the staff moves it so quickly! I'd say about 90% of the time the staff is super friendly and calls me by name and is kind and personable. My order is almost never wrong, and one time it was, they fixed it immediately and even offered me the incorrectly made beverage for a friend.“

“It was pouring rain when I arrived. I didn’t feel like getting out of my car. I went through the drive-through and asked for help with my gift cards and drink order. Jaime was very pleasant and she took my order even though I was going through a drive-through with a request for several gift cards to be prepared. When I got to the window, Daniel asked me what the occasion was for the gift cards so that he could give me the correct gift card for my occasion. He, too, was extremely pleasant and very respectful. Always a friendly greeting waiting for me, which is very welcome in this world where being greeted is more and more rare.Even when I order online, I still feel like they care about me as a customer.My favorite food is the dbl bacon breakfast sandwich and the banana nut bread. One of my favorite drinks is the caramel ribbon crunch frapp.I satisfy my dietary needs by using the phone app to customize my drink (i.e. coconut milk instead of cream or milk, decaf espresso, or other add-ins.) Using the app makes me feel confident that my drink order wasn't misheard and saves me the embarrassment and judgement of rattling off my laundry list of preferences.

They have a lot more options than Chipotle as far as type of meal (taco, burrito, quesadilla, enchilada, nachos etc) but also you can choose the SIZE (I love a mini if I'm not hungry). The meat options are all really flavorful and their salsas are perfect. We also like that you can get an adult beverage.
I've been known to stop in or even door dash. They're so affordable that even with a delivery fee it's still comparable to competitors.“
