“I’m so glad there is a Summer Moon that I don’t have to travel outside of Illinois for ~ their coffee is probably my MOST favorite. I always order the moon milk lattes. Everything here is smooth, rich, and never bitter. The Moon Milk takes every drink to another level. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, love the interior decor, and overall perfect whether you’re grabbing a quick cup in the drive thru or hanging out for a while. “We recently celebrated our daughter Sofia’s birthday here, and it was a wonderful experience! The playground was clean, safe, and well-maintained, with plenty of activities to keep the children entertained throughout the party.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process stress-free. The party area was organized and spacious, and the kids had an amazing time playing and celebrating together.

“First time at the Conscious Cup with my sister on Mother's Day. Upon entering, welcomed by the best barista ever Uriel who immediately made us feel supported in our beverage decisions. He inquisitively asked some warm, conversational questions and directed us toward the best choice for our preferences and moods for the day. My sister has also noted (prior to learning his name this day) that she had actually stopped coming for a time as she was not enjoying her drinks until one day Uriel made hers and now she is pleased every time she stops in and he's working. Please consider giving Uriel some gold stars, having him train other employees, and a pay raise because he deserves it and we will definitely be back.“

“We love this dunkin' donuts! They always get us through the line quickly and get us our food and drinks accurately. This DD is also light speed ahead of the one in pingree Grove up the street and it's actually faster to drive past the other one and go to this one in order to get our food. By far the most efficient Dunkin in the area“

My experiences here have been the best in a long time. The inside is clean and well organized and the staff works really hard to take care of all their customers. There is definitely a language barrier but with patience and kindness the service is unmatched. This will be my go-to location going forward.“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

“I stop at this location pretty regularly and the employees are always polite and cheerful. But I felt inclined to write a review today because I was so charmed by something that happened this morning. A family came in shortly after I had and it was one of the little girl's birthday. The woman behind the register (sorry I didn't catch her name) was so delightful for them, chatting to the birthday girl and even giving the kids a special treat. It put a smile on my face seeing how happy the kids were, sure brightened up this cold, wet, windy day.“

“Staff is rude and insulting. Poorest customer service. Accept no responsibility for their behavior and mistakes. Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. I wasn’t even pissed off until I left after the return .“
