I have been a customer for years and finally placed my first catering order for my daughter’s birthday party, the process was simple and easy. Pick up was fast and speedy. All the guests LOVED the sandwiches and pasta salad and the presentation was beautiful! Plus I got to try some of my favorite sandwiches and labrettis in smaller portions. “So i decided to make this review for this Dunkin Location was because i went to this location on Friday October 10th 2025 and this is was my first time going to this location too and when i try to get a morning breakfast i order my fresh coffee and 1/2 donuts and what it make my day that morning was the employee was very polite and have me an excellent service what make my day was when i bought 1/2 dozen donuts i never had anyone heat the 1/2 dozen donuts before and i was so excited when i got an excellent service so i want to recognize the whole team at this location for the best excellent service and specially the one who heat the donuts that make my day.....“

I wanted to dine-in, but there weren't any other customers, so I felt awkward being the only one there each time. Maybe it was cause I went past the morning coffee rush. I'm always looking for a place that does a good strong coffee without it being too bitter. I think this is my favorite place now. First time there, the barista suggested a hot oat milk Maple Brown Sugar Latte with an extra shot of espresso to fit my dietary needs and taste preference. It's super delicious. I also got a cup of tea, and she let use two different tea flavors in one cup, the way I usually do it at home. I appreciated that. The second time I got a hot Salted Caramel Fudge Latte and Turkey Avocado Wrap. I forgot to ask for an alt milk, and the chips were a smidge stale. I totally forgot to ask for oat milk. I usually have lactase pills for such times, but not this one. Yikes. My boyfriend liked the chips, so it's ok. The wrap was really good though, it's HUGE, and they toast it! They also have packets of ketchup and Cholula hot sauce. Today, I returned for that delicious hot oat milk Maple Brown Sugar Latte + espresso, and a chamomile tea with lime. I'm pretty content.“

I used to avoid Starbucks because I thought it was too pricey — but after receiving a gift card and giving it a try, I was instantly HOOKED. Now, I regularly order ahead using the Starbucks app and pick up, either in-store or through the drive-thru, from this location. Every single visit has been a pleasure. The staff are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming — and my order is always ready and accurate. That consistency keeps me coming back.

“Last Thursday my friend and I stopped in for a cup of tea. This was my first visit. We had a chance to sit and chat while we sipped our tea. There was a comfortable sitting area. Our service was very good! It was easy to park our cars. All in all a place to relax, visit and enjoy a cup of delicious tea!“

“This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

“I came back out to Palatine for the Turkey Trot this past weekend and rewarded myself with some egg white bites and a protein coffee afterwards (I also had to get a blueberry muffin for my fiancé of course as well). I ordered through the app and the food was done upon my arrival, only about 5 minutes after submitting the order. A very kind staff member then informed me they had to make the protein coffee, as they make the protein mixture themselves. I really appreciated their attentiveness and communication not only to myself, but I noticed the staff treated all of their customers with this level of care. She even asked me about the Turkey Trot and made an effort to make myself and the other customers she helped feel seen and heard (I wish I remembered her name!) This experience made me jealous that this isn’t my usual coffee shop, I wish I lived closer still or else it would be!“
