“Got the half rack of ribs + slaw from the food truck at the St. John's Women and Children's Clinic today. The ribs had a great smoky flavor with excellent contrast in the bark texture and soft meat. The BBQ sauce might have been the best part though - tangy and sweet. Delicious! Big thanks for the great service even in a bit of drizzle.“
