Everything was great except each steak was not to order. Either way overcooked or way undercooked. Not a simple "put on wrong plate" issue. Staff very friendly, very clean place, atmosphere great. But at $30+ a plate and the main item (steak) not good and it wasn't really busy ... I don't think I'll go back.
Nice service and good food. We had the Hibachi dinner where you can watch your food being prepared and our chef was a comedian lol. The sushi was fresh and tasted pretty good as well
I love hibachi grills. Osaka, in Springfield, is fantastic, however, Fujiyama is even better. I have eaten there several times, and every time, I walk away loving that steakhouse more and more each time. It is a treat whenever I get a chance to eat at Fujiyama. A+
