I've read the negative reviews and I'm not sure if those people were looking for something to complain about but, just because the person doesn't act a certain way, doesn't mean they have a bad attitude etc. My experience was easy and i liked it! I went in, got my cup, picked my yogurt and my toppings and paid. I wasn't expecting a cheerful person to welcome me in, when I dont think it's really necessary!
