“I couldn't find the door to eat inside. It was complicated! I walked halfway around the building and gave up because I was embarrassed.
The food was hot and fresh, though, and they didn't chinz on the blizzard ingredients. Overall, I would recommend it.“

“We pulled up and a young man came to our vehicle to take our order. He brought us a menu. Took our order and brought it out. He was very nice. We haven't eaten here in years, we had moved away. I would definitely recommend trying this place. They only except cash but have an atm inside, husband did have to go in to pay as we didn't have cash so he had to use atm.“

“first time I ever ate there was this pass Saturday first off the cook qas eating while preparing food they serve us our food on paper plates for 6 people we ordered burgers and fries came up to 73 dollars! they have a lifting weight holding the freezer door down shut they did not wear gloves he was grabbing meat with his bare hands and then making other food the hour we was there I did not see him wash his hands! 1st and last time ever going there don't recommend“

“food is usually amazing just that one waitress mandy was rude and had an attitude.I ordered wings and when I went to pick them.up the waitress mandy said the sauce was in the bag and I checked. I told her there was none in there and she told me it would take awhile to get it and she walked outside. I stood there til the other guy asked if I needed something. he apologized for it not being in there. then when I got home to check the wings they were not even made right. this is the second time I have had a problem with the order. the manager had to come up there to fix it right.“

“Hostess and supervisor very rude and think it's okay to degrade a group of older women when all they did was ask for things that should have already been delivered to their table. I couldn't believe how condescending the hostess was to them! To say I'M NOT YOUR WAITRESS!!!! Wow. Then for the supervisor to laugh it off. Unprofessional and because of that, we will not be back.“

“I have visited Chuck’s a good amount and the food has NEVER disappointed! The serving staff has always been great with my kiddos and has always communicated well if there’s an issue. I am also extremely addicted to their catfish bites. I would topple kingdoms for a plate of those….😅 Also, good size portions!“

“Not sure the name of the manager who brought this to my table but he was very kind and his uniform seemed GMish lol.... anyway just wanted to say thank you. I've had an extraordinarily rough day & my experience at this MCD location took the edge off a bit. It's true, you never know what someone else is going through so always be kind. “Very friendly staff and they make the best slushes around! Only complaint is that the screens don’t always work and the card processing takes too long but everyone has an abundance of understanding and patience. The staff works really hard to service all the customers well and keep things moving at a fast pace. It’s a terrific business that I highly recommend!:)“

“10 star for service and a kind soul**********. Today I went to this DQ to make an order that broke my heart. That being a pup cup but with added fudge. That sounds odd to most as it did for the drive thru worker. I believe she may have reached out to the manager and as I repeated the order, he said a child’s ice cream would be more for your money.. all I had to say was, it’s for my old pups last treat. Without hesitation or anymore questions, he said “I got you”, “I fully understand and have it taken care of”, needless to say, I start crying because I knew that he knew the heartbreak I was going through. He spoke such kind understanding words when I pulled up and even got my little Luckia a small serving of just fudge that she could lap up. I sadly didn’t catch his name but I wanted to reach out and tell him Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my hard decisions a little less heartbreaking. I’d add a pics of her enjoying it but doesn’t allow the option.“
