“Came by for the $6 meal deal today but my clumsiness overruled and my coffee spilled on my car floor. Came back around for a cold brew instead not expecting anything in return but the man that took my order offered me a new one as I explained what just happened, super friendly super concerned. Great customer service. Turned my day back around ! 😊“

“Best Dunkin in Joliet. Coffee doesn’t take like it’s been there for days like the one on Larkin . Iced latte has tasted the same if not better the several times I’ve gotten it. Service is really good very nice people. They’ve always gotten my order right list goes “

“I love this new Dunkin’ drive thru location paired with the new Food N’ Fuel on Route 6. This Dunkin has an express order kiosk when I get to the front counter so that I can choose to order with a traditional smiling crew member or I can order on the fast new digital kiosk. I love how Dunkin has better integrated the app with the new stores, it’s so simple to order via the app and pickup my order in the super fast drive thru or in the mobile pickup area inside. The crew is so kind and welcoming. Just tried some Dunkin Midnight coffee, just enough strength and smoothness to get me through the day. I can’t wait to get my daily Iced Coffee and their new sandwiches are delicious!“

“I just recently started working in Joliet and this Dunkin is right off the exit next to my job and I have never been to a Dunkin that is as fast as them and always has my drink right and the food is always perfect! And the people that work in there are so sweet“

“Very fast to get you morning fix! If you like hot chocolate and Oreos, you have to try the Oreo Hot Chocolate! It is just heaven in your mouth.. Also have to try the Mint Hot Chocolate most locations don't seem to have the mint flavor but if you get lucky I would try it! 1 last recommendation is doing a half Oreo half Mint. Words can't describe... Excellent service. Always either in and out or fly right thru the drive thru.“

“The experience that I had today was good. The staff were helpful. For example one of the workers Param, he was nice and & fast on giving me my order. All the workers who work there are polite and helpful. This Dunkin Donuts is not bad at all!“

“I liked this dunkin a bit more than the rest. The workers were polite and well prepared. I have to give probs to the young lady who made our banana split because it looked and tasted perfect. I did order extra food after to help some people in need and none of the workers judged them or us for helping these people. A father and daughter in need of food and hydration walked in after my hubbie invited them and we talked for a little bit before we went on our way. None of the staff made a comment or complaint. They just accepted us and the people in need.

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and even if a sandwich or item has meat you can choose to remove or substitute it. My go to is the avocado toast and veggie egg white bites.“

“Food was fine. Atmosphere was basic. Place kind of small. No customers other than drive-thru. We had to wait for service a little. Understandable being that there were only 2 ppl working. They were hustling with drive-thru. Once they got to us, they were very polite and apologetic.“

“All of the workers do a really outstanding job at holding the place down. Whenever it gets busy, you can tell that they can handle it and although it is more than likely exhausting, I still really appreciate their efforts. The female with the red hair in particular is one that stands out to me, but that’s partly because of her kindness and energy overall.Thank you for everything you do. These workers deserve more recognition imo.“

“Dunkin, in general, is 5 star. The service wasn't top-notch but was ok I thought waiting for an xlarge coffee, which took about 15 min and being the only person in line was a bit too long unless that's the way it is at 9:00 pm I'll have to keep it in mind next time. But sooner or later, I'll be back.“
