“Ordered 4 sandwiches for delivery and 2 of our sandwiches were not made correctly. I called the store and they were able to redeliver our sandwiches that they remade for us. The manager whom I spoke to was very nice and the delivery guy was very polite as well. Thank you for your prompt curious customer service!“

“Freaky fast good sandwiches. Got the Italian, #9 I believe it was. Pepporoni should be added to this sandwich in my opinion. Sadly Jimmy Johns doesn't carry the meat. They also need a toaster oven for people that want hot sandwiches. A pepporoni, salami and cappicola sandwich that has been toasted, melting the mozzarella getting all the little brown flavor bubbles on it and heating up the meat making all the juices come out and drip all over the place....KILLS a cold sandwich. Jimmy Johns is trippin not providing that option!Good quality meats and cheeses though. Their bread is top notch as well.“
