Love getting dressed just to come have coffee with family.I went there Monday and the coffee was bad .Tuesday the light roasted was empty,told the. lady up front,she never acknowledged me. Never came back to say we're bringing some coffee out.If you're having a off day stay home. Out of 7 days 3 could have be
bad.
Picked up coffee on Sunday morning. Worst coffee I have ever had. Added half and half and the coffee turned white indicating it was a very week brew. Returned today to state my dissatisfaction. I was told they always follow the same brewing procedure. I have had good coffee from Panera in many locations so I know this was an exception but since they ignored my criticism I will always choose another coffee Today I went to Starbucks which is nearby and received an excellent coffee.
As a member of the coffee club for about a year now, I wish this location would train its staff on how to make coffee. Lately the coffee has been really weak and watered down.
Iced coffee is my go to but this location ways seems watered down.
Please train your staff to make a great cup of coffee. Thats all we ask. 🙂
I did mention this to the manager a fee months ago and it did get better for a bit...
