It's not as if those large food courts in the huge shopping malls, located off the busiest Interstates, generally have a great reputation of fine dining, but Sbarro in the Louis Joliet Mall food court serves excellent food, provides friendly and personable service, the atmosphere in a very spacious seating area reflects the overall business situation in the mall, especially in the afternoon or evening hours: it is busy, and it is lively. The food, the service, it's everything I would ever ask for! I have never had a bad experience at Sbarro. Although there is one guy that is the cashier that sometimes works at a snails pace. Everyone else is great though!
