“My husband and I went for dinner in restaurant and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the chef Sergio sent us a dessert he had created that day. “Yesterday was my first time visiting this location, and overall I had a really good experience 😊 The food was super delicious and full of flavor, and the portions were very generous - definitely more than enough to feel satisfied 🍽️👌 I’ll absolutely be coming back again!

One small thing that could be improved is clearer signage. There wasn’t anything indicating that you can seat yourself, so I assumed I needed to order at the counter and wait for a number 🤔 Turns out I was completely wrong, and for a moment I thought I was about to get scolded 😅 The lady at the counter helped fix my order and guided me, and then I was able to sit down.

Aside from that little confusion, everything else was great, and I still really enjoyed my visit 🙌✨“

Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “Honestly this is one of the most charming restaurants I've ever been in. The service was fast and the front is run by a very sweet woman who made sure we had everything we could need. Definitely worth the price, my chicken tacos were hot and fresh and dripping they were so juicy. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. It's also super colorful and welcoming inside. I would definitely come back if I ever take a trip to see the arcade again!“

“Why have I driven past this place for years and never had been. In this last week I've been twice. These people are great. Not only are they very hospitable, but the food is really good. It's a restaurant, but it has that bar vibe as it gets a little later in the evening. We had a running group event here last night and it was so much fun. We plan to go more often and coordinate some of our holiday events with them. So far, I tried the chicken tacos and had a seafood soup (Caldo Mendigo) and they were both excellent.“

“Really good spot! I ordered the Machete half carne asada and half pierna with a glass Pepsi, and it definitely hit the spot. The machete is HUGE, packed with meat and cheese, and both the carne asada and pierna had great flavor. I also really liked that they have a self-serve salsa and condiment station, so you can load it up exactly how you want. Good portions, flavorful food, and definitely worth checking out if you’re craving Mexican food. I’ll be back!“

“This place was so good! My boyfriend, baby, and I came here to dine in yesterday and the food was phenomenal. We were looking for queso barria tacos on google and they showed up. The server was awesome. They didn’t have a kids menu but I asked if they can do rice and eggs for the baby and they did just that he loved his meal as well! The cook even came to talk to us for a bit which I thought was pretty cool…very personalable! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for your service 😁“

“Love this place! Great carnitas! We go with our family and it can accommodate a group of 10-12 easy. We order the carnitas by the pound and they bring it to the table with hot tortillas. The guac is great as well. I just wish they served more guac with the chips. The salsa verde is excellent. The one thing they have I that I have never had before is the horchata cafe. It’s a must have!! The staff has always been so kind & I think they really like what they do when you just watch their interactions with customers. Can’t wait to return !“
