“Visited the restaurants at night. No queue. We ordered 40pc wings with 4 chosen flavors (Korean BBQ Classic, Hot Honey Dry Rub CL, Louisiana Rub Classic, and Garlic Parmesan Classic, included French fries and veggie sticks) plus Chicken Tenders and Fries. The food was tasty and portions generous, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the toilets were clean, although it was a bit warm inside. Overall, it was a good experience visiting this restaurant.“

“Tonight we held a work meeting and ordered 2 family trays, everyone was working so hard when I picked up my order, even a little early, and they were all so friendly, helpful and this food was delicious! Thank you for doing such a great job for us!!“

“so ordered combination teriyaki and garlic parmesan wings and an order of macaroni and cheese, the teriyaki wings were fairly saucy and reasonably tasty move on to the garlic parmesan wings which had zero sauce however they did have Parmesan on them. according to the manager they didn't have any sauce on it so they parmesan them up. now let's move on to the macaroni and cheese I've had macaroni and cheese out of the box from Aldi that had thicker cheese sauce. so I questioned the manager about this his exacting answer to me was we buy our ingredients for that at Walmart. so you buy your ingredients from Walmart when you're a restaurant so that's not actually acceptable and the lake county health department standards for a restaurant. you could literally pour the cheese sauce out of the cup so I question the manager on both of these and he's the one that told me this and didn't seem to give any care about our dinner... so I'm just leaving this up for everybody else they don't seem to care. didn't offer to make anything right and well they will never get our money again. if you want some macaroni and cheese Heck just go to Walmart and buy some you might get the better quality than they make.“

“Everytime I've ordered from this location the order is accurate, tastes great, & fast & friendly service. I deliver for uber eats so I see a lot of restaurants over & over & notice grease marks & fingerprints all over many front doors, dirty counters, etc but not this location. Everything always looks clean, they have lots of hot food they keep making while selling so much, so theres always plenty. All the employees are always running around working hard, nobody is ever just standing! And they are all very friendly. Everybody seems to put in teamwork so everything runs efficiently. There is an amazing crew here & with that being said they must have one awesome manager! I cant say enough good about you guys! Way to go & keep up the good work!! -Rachel-❤️“

With such responsive service, it's not just the food that tastes better, but the whole dining experience 'tastes' better. The food I have ordered maintains consistent quality for the price. “We love Rosati's of Lakemoor! Their thin crust pizza is delicious, they have great wings, and their salads are large and fresh....all the food we've ordered is really consistent. We especially love their pizza sausage—true Chicago style! We usually don't eat inside the restaurant, but the carry out service and delivery service is always on time. Highly recommend this Rosati's location!“
