“Not to bad.. Wouldn't consider it a fast food place though. Thought it was taking them longer cause they had to cook it or something but I wasn't getting fresh fresh food so dunno why it was taking longer for them but the food was good when I got it. Been there six times now and that's the only con I have with them.. There service isn't the fastest but I always got the correct items and they were fairly fresh food. About 15-20 mins old tops“

Went through drive through. Ordered my usual coffee. It was oddly cold. Went in, greeted with a smile. Brought the issue up. She Apologized for the inconvenience. Got me a fresh coffee. All while helping other staff with orders for drive through and customers at the counter. If she isn't a shift lead or manager. She should be. Handling so many tasks while busy and keeping a calm/positive attitude is rare anymore. Thank you for the great service!“

“I normally love Culvers. It is the only fast food I eat. Today it was horrible. Fries were not fried properly. They were a gooey mess. My burger was not cooked in the middle. Threw it out and their food is not inexpensive. Waste of money and I'm still hungry. I will go back and if it isn't back to normal that will be my last time. Too bad. We have had a good relationship for many years.“

“Drive-thru order so I can't really judge the atmosphere. Placed order then had to wait almost 10 min. For the food. Was kinda upset about that but once we ate, the food was very fresh and very good! Definitely stop here if you like Arby's, just expect to wait. But food will be worth it. I just wish curly fries were hotter.“

“I would like to provide a POSITIVE Experience we had recently visiting the Subway location in Ogelsby, IL off of I-39. We understand the owners names is “farmer John” . We stopped at approximately 4:30 pm Sunday, August 17, 2025 to enjoy an early dinner while traveling north to Rockford, IL. We were greeted with pleasant and professional staff who were eager to serve our needs. Their names were Andrew and Mariska and they followed all customer service protocol to in retail to make this stop a tasty, high quality, and efficient experience. We purchased a tuna footlong meal deal and dined in the dining room. The sandwich prep area was clean and well stocked with fresh protein options and fixins. The bread was fresh and very satisfying. The bathrooms were clean and fully stocked as well. All tables were clean and comfortable seating was available throughout the dining room. We THANK YOU for providing a fulfilling experience while on our travels. Keep up the good work. Hats off to the owner and management staff for outstanding hiring and training practices. “We all know jimmy John’s has great sandwiches but this location has the best employees as well! Our car broke down in the parking lot and they were more than accommodating, even to the point of offering assistance to help us get back on the road. 10/5 stars!!!! “This specific restaurant has stellar customer service. The manager of this establishment, a Ms. Victoria, went the extra mile to provide this consumer a satisfying experience. A welcoming attitude, good atmosphere, and very polite. Another Jersey Mike establishment in Bloomington, IL had failed to deliver a sandwich, even after receiving payment. But the manager at this location offered and proceeded to kindly replace the sandwich after hearing of this unfortunate incident, making up for the other locations' failure to deliver. This Peru location had no obligation to make up for another establishments' shortcoming, but these wonderful employees did. And that is going above and beyond. High praise and 10/10 stars. Knowing customer satisfaction is prioritized at this Peru, Illinois establishment, I endeavor to make it a place I frequent for a tasty and reliable sub.“

“I'd just like to express my appreciation for Candance. I said, rather more to myself, that I was gonna be eating the sandwich for two meals and she wrapped each half of sandwich individually for me. A level of attention to detail that really made me extra happy. Made my meals much easier. Give that girl a raise.“

“The place was clean, and the people actually listened to what you say on how you want your sub. Very appreciated! Nice and friendly. While not as fast as other subways, it was better service all around, and the food was actually layered out well. There was no sloppiness or throwing bits on haphazardly. It was laid out and evenly.“

“My girlfriend and I had to wait 20 minutes for our drinks, which normally I wouldn’t be to bothered by but I’ve been on the road for the last 15 hours and have been a tad bit moody. The one guy (who helped with front but wasn’t the teenager) was very polite. They were pretty busy but he had a great attitude. Give him a raise cause he deserves it :)“

“I just want to shout out to the two employees who helped me after I had a bad experience at another store. But again everyone makes some mistakes. No one is perfect. So I'm not going to focus on the negative but the positive. These two employees made everything right and also went to their boss and their boss made everything right. The owner of the two stores called me at 8:15 at night to tell me she was sorry about what happened and that she would give me a free sandwich. When I came back into the store that happened in. I would never been able to have gotten the free sandwich if it wasn't for the two employees in the LaSalle store. Thank you for taking your time and showing that when the customer is right they need to be taken care of. Thank you again to the management and the employees at the LaSalle store.“
