“We ordered takeout and the food was delicious! Great chicken, great ground beef, delicious salsa (mild). Also, for those who like shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes with their food, both were fresh (not the wilted, tired stuff some places serve).“
“Came here recently with my husband and got the tortellini. The food was delicious and I loved the homemade sauce and the combination of the sausage and sundried tomatoes. My husband got 3 different tacos and loved them all, and he's super picky about his tacos! Great place, delicious food, and reasonable prices. I will definitely come back!“
“The food was good, and the toppings were pretty OK. It felt more like a Chipotle than a Mom and Pop place. The burrito was massive though, and very filling. We had the steak and the carnitas burritos with a side of guacamole, and they do load it up with meat. For just the 2 of us, it was $41.“
“Carlos was amazing! An excellent Mexican restaurant. Jolie the hostess was so welcoming. There was a large party in front of us when we arrived. Jolie knowledged us and then when she sat us right away she said sorry for the wait. Haha it was a 30 second wait, that's already a good sign of great service. We started with the fresh guacamole which was served in the cutest molcajete bowl, a little bull! It was my belated birthday celebration so I tried some margaritas of course. The 18oz Top Shelf Margarita and the blue margarita (I only ordered this caus of the name of the restaurant haha). I preferred the top shelf one although both were overly sweet for my palate. Brother and I shared the Camaron A La Diabla (hoooo weee that's spicy!). The shrimp were enormous and so good. Lots of spicy sauce. We also shared the Arroz Con Marisco. The marisco meal was my favorite. Big juicy scallops and shrimp mmm. The cheesy sauce was very good. Mom had some tacos a La carte and she enjoyed them. The only thing I didn't like about this place was the lighting was overly bright. The facility is very clean and the service is top notch. The food this visit was delicious.“
“Stopped here while driving through Oglesby on I-39. Only a couple min drive off the main highway. It was an excellent find. I had the taco combo with beef tacos and a cheese enchilada. My daughter had the soft shell chicken tacos. Plates came loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, rice, and beans. Quick service (only three tables were used at the time), very clean tables, floors, etc. I was very impressed. Food was excellent and priced well. Would recommend.“
“If you're looking for a Mexican restaurant that's different than most, this place is for you!If you ask for table made quacamole, they push a cart to your table and make it fresh for you.I really love the salsa! Everyone is friendly and I've never waited more than 10 or 15 minutes for my food after I order. I've sampled a lot of the menu items and haven't found anything I wouldn't get again. Very delicious.“
“This is a great place for carry out! The food is delicious and reasonably priced and the people working there are nice too. Since it is so popular, I recommended ordering online ahead of time to avoid the potentially long line for the drive up window.“
“this place is great. ive since moved & tried many different mexican restaurants but this one still takes the cake. it’s a nice, quieter atmosphere. the food is amazing with plentiful portions; they have the best tacos & rice & bean. the service is always fast & friendly as well. & good prices!! 10/10“
