“Came here a few times before but came out on Wednesday for a friends birthday. Slow as expected on a wednesday but Teeks was amazing and made some great drinks on the fly. Talented and super sweet, love that we got the bar to ourselves. Will definitely be coming back soon!“
“love coming to this small town diner for breakfast or lunch....food is very good and staff is friendly. Also love the BBQ for lunches and weekends. The BBQ could improve by offering more sides. Our only concern was the upkeep of the floors and bathrooms....very dirty.“

“Ma and Pa chicken shack. The best fried chicken, livers and gizzards you'll ever have. I've been going to this place for forty years and I live an hour away. Gets busy on weekends. Taco Tuesdays are a must as well. Good people tastier food.“
“I live in San Diego and am visiting Illinois for the first time. The Lounge is definitely one of my favorites. we stopped for one drink and ended up staying longer due to great conversation with the owner and the locals. The owner Sandy and her daughter were very welcoming and knew their beer and wine to make good recommendations. I will definitely go back there the next time I visit. Oh, parking was easy breezy which is something I don't get often in San Diego!“

“What a pleasant lunch experience. We had a delightful chat with the owner/cook. My friend had the Earlville burrito, and I had nachos (freshly fried tortilla chips!). We also tried the pork tamale, which was also good. We will definitely stop again when in the area. The restaurant is pretty casual with a bar, TVs and a "juke" box.“

“Wow! Small town restaurant/bar that is beautiful, CLEAN, and food is great! Large portions, home made, and fresh was obvious in every meal! My chicken wrap had real chicken that had great flavor! Kids were pleased with lunch and got a big cookie to go!“
