He doesn't mind all the requests from the kids. When we were running low on drinks, came back with more and took the old ones. He made sure that the table wasn't overcrowded with dinnerware. We wanted to try the different samples of wine and he brought them to us.“

The service is good because he employees are nice and respectful but something I don’t like is how long it takes for the food to be ready, but it’s all worth the wait at the end. There was a handicapped gentlemen that came in after my husband and myself so they asked if we could move to a booth for easier seating for the gentleman’s wheel chair. We of course moved. Not only did they ask so nicely, the manager Crystal, comped some of our items! She was so friendly and super professional! Our server Heather was also the best waitress we’ve had in a long long time! She was timely, efficient, and very accommodating! Would like to know what documented training is provided for their Audio /Visual systems, and other expectations. Not all A/V/ systems are the same. Comments are negative about which TV stations should be assigned. That is Management's responsibility to train. Management is at fault. I love this restaurant if it is run the way it should.“

“Asked for "everything except no mayo" on my sandwich. Poor lady started by putting mayo on it (probably out of habit since most folks want mayo) before realizing her mistake - even before I did. She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated! Yay for people who actually care about their customers (even though, again, in this case, it barely even qualified as an inconvenience to me, lol). Also the sandwich was delicious!“
