“I was in the neighborhood, so thought I would try Happy Bites and am so glad I did! on Wednesday I had the chicken sandwich special for 6.99. ( Sandwich, fries, and drink) Delicious chicken with toppings and lots of mayo on a stand up bun. I don't like them to fall apart. I don't usually eat fries, but these slightly seasoned, yet not salty, crispy hot fries were great! I ordered a side of sweet potato tots and they were equally delicious. I will return! Great food served hot, I don't mind waiting for my food to be made fresh. Great specials, more people should take advantage of the deals! Thank you!“

“Yesterday morning i had decided to get some lunch, as I was ordering I felt so welcomed by this manager named Ivonne she helped me from start to end! I then decided to sit down and enjoy my excellent bowl and watched the environment, food was being made fresh everything looked so clean! Ivonne was running her team smoothly and efficiently she even came by to see how everything was tasting and overall everyone looked like they were having a good time at work now that’s what i call a great manager!“

“Went there, they served our food accidentally to the wrong customer, they made us new meals and were very apologetic. Also, they gave us complimentary card for free entry each for the next visit. That was thoughtful of them, specially we waited longer than we had to given the mistake occurred.

“Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had, hands down. But forget the pizza, the people working there are the best. We were in the area buying a car, we tried a slice, came back and got a full pizza a few moments later, my wife told them how she loved cheesecake and had to come back and try theirs, without hesitation, they went back inside and brought out to her a fresh slice of strawberry cheesecake, and even showed up the process in how they make it. I 1000000% can’t recommend them enough. Perfect pizza and even better people. I love them and we will back very often to get some great pizza but most importantly to see some amazing people.“

“Loved Lima Fresca! We went on a Fri early eve and we’re able to get a table by the outside. The hostess was extremely nice and cheerful. Food was excellent and very reasonable! Since Gina at My Grampas Store in LGP stopped making sandwiches, I’ve been searching for a go to place within my hometown/local stomping grounds and I’ve certainly found my place here at Swanson’s. Great selection of meats, cheeses, and fresh breads for a hearty filling sandwich. The salami on toasted wheat has been my go to. All the young adults working in there are super nice and very hardworking. The manager/owner is unbelievably nice as well. So often when we need something quick we end up having to resort to something greasy, it’s so nice now to have a healthier option to be able to quickly pop in and out for! Welcome to LaGrange and I hope everyone remembers to keep supporting your local small businesses-the new ones and the established ones!“

Management should provide additional help and training. for the servers/bartenders. Maria is the only bartender / server for the entire bar and restaurant. Too much for one person. Would like to know what documented training is provided for their Audio /Visual systems, and other expectations. Not all A/V/ systems are the same. Comments are negative about which TV stations should be assigned. That is Management's responsibility to train. Management is at fault. I love this restaurant if it is run the way it should.“

“From beginning to end, the service was impeccable. Our server (Mary) was extremely attentive without being intrusive, making us feel truly welcome. She offered up suggestions on food as well as upcoming events that may interest our special needs child. I cannot say enough on the service (Mary), hands down the best service we've had. “Asked for "everything except no mayo" on my sandwich. Poor lady started by putting mayo on it (probably out of habit since most folks want mayo) before realizing her mistake - even before I did. She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated! Yay for people who actually care about their customers (even though, again, in this case, it barely even qualified as an inconvenience to me, lol). “Hello, took my wife to this suburban restaurant inside hotel. She had Brussels sprouts appetizer described as phenomenal and her salmon was great too. I enjoyed the French onion soup and the well prepared Marriott burger! Great to have another dining option in Burr Ridge!“
