“I have been here twice now, first time for drinks and apps and second time we threw a private event. This place is adorable, really cute vibes and welcoming atmosphere! Service is great we loved our party bartenders especially Jason who was on top of drinks and service all night during the party! We hosted about 40 people on a Friday night, did a buffet from their list of event menus. Food was great and I heard a lot of the guests complementing the food. The apps I had off of the regular menu were also really good! They have a great wine selection and other beer, seltzers and cocktails so there is something for everyone. Highly recommended for a night out, or private event!“

“We recently got married at The Elm this past weekend (10/13/2024) and can't express in words how satisfied we were with their service. Starting from the first day that we went to see The Elm we were treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. We had our ceremony in the Kensington room, and our reception in the Madison room. The atmosphere and vibe of both rooms was everything that we could hope for. The staff was incredible, the food/drinks were AMAZING, and our guests had nothing but positive feedback. “Well, what can I say? Me and my wife have been wanting to go here for quite some time and it was rather disappointing. The service great! We sat at the bar and the bar tenders were very attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere was also very nice. However, the food is where it all falls apart. We tried 3 different dishes and all were a bit off and they all came out VERY fast. Like fast food fast. Not sure how it can be made to order. The bruschetta was tasty but the pile of prosciutto under need was very tough and difficult to chew. A heavy portion but didn’t belong as is. The artichoke hearts were very tough and difficult to eat. The flavor and sauce was good but texture was terrible. Imagine eating chewy grass. Then we ordered the prime rib. We asked for medium rare and it came out medium. It was incredibly chewy and grizzly for a prime rib and the fresh fries were very oily/greasy. Overall the food was very very disappointing and I’m not sure if we will be back to give it another try. 3 dishes, 3 strikes….. the phoenix may just be out.“

“Came here today for the brunch with the Grinch. It was a great experience for me and my family. My toddler really enjoyed the Grinch. He was interactive and great with the kids. The food and atmosphere were great also. Hope this becomes an annual event because we will be there every time.“
