Clean and very nice and welcoming staff (especially for fast food)! Bit of a wait for food but staff apologized and gave a free drink. Great overall experience!
My food is always fresh and made quickly! The service team is always extremely friendly and accommodating. I appreciate their efforts and will continue to come back!
The food is decent, the service questionable. It's only my third time to this new location, so... But the one thing I know for sure is the dining in experience isn't pleasant. Even though it's brand new the dinning area is tiny and everything seems to be in the wrong place other than the order counter. Cramped, jam packed, loud and hard to navigate. I recommend drive thru.... Unless you like 20 screaming children in a 15x15ft enclosure with everyone one else talking etc.

Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant. The food is always fresh and made quickly, and the service team is friendly and accommodating. Some describe the food as decent, and the Crunchwrap supreme with nacho fries is a good price. The service can be questionable at times, with rude employees, forgotten items, and incorrect orders reported. The dining in experience is not pleasant. Even though the location is brand new, the dining area is tiny and cramped, jam packed, loud, and hard to navigate. Drive thru is recommended. One customer was happy that Lincoln got a fast food joint, calling Taco Bell the epitome of fast food that does its job well for something quick, cheap, and inexpensive. Another had a perfect visit with sweet, nice, and friendly employees who got everything right on the first go, and were nice about modifications to nachos. A polite and helpful employee provided great customer service, making sure the order was correct and walking a customer to the drink station.
