I ordered a smoked turkey from The Shack for Thanksgiving simply due to the fact that I have never had a bad experience with The Shack. (FYI, their Sunday Family Packs are amazing!) We picked up the turkey cold on Wednesday as they prepared it as a heat and serve. We tried it Wednesday, just to try a little before Thanksgiving, and the flavor was so pronounced - even cold!
