I have to have it every day and I walked miles to that ice cream parlor this week the owner and the boy Jake that worked there was such awesome people too. I will definitely be back. “Sept 26th 2025 I visited. Fresh yum mochi donuts made. Saw staff prepared put fresh mochi donuts in cute colorful box. It also came with cute colorful bag too. Been awhile for me since I had mochi desserts.
Staffs are very helpful friendly. Highly recommend this good go to mochi donuts shop inside Yorktown mall 2nd floor cafeteria“

Parking: There are lots of spaces as well as handicapped.

Kid-friendliness: The walk decorations keep them children entertained.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking spaces for disabled are next to the door and plenty of room to in in & out.“

“This is the ABSOLUTE BEST Dunkin I've ever been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, the coffee somehow tastes better than other Dunkin locations, and they always have a great selection of bakery. I work down the street and stop in every morning before going into the office, the whole staff knows my coffee so much so that they had it ready for me before I even walked in the door this morning! AMAZING!!“

“When I arrived, I noticed there was a section filled with debris. I made it aware to a worker that he said he would take care of it. However, he never did this. This will be a beautiful Dunkin for people to visit that is if it's kept up. The guys are very friendly and welcoming.“

“Most mornings, this place is faster, more efficient, and friendlier than the location over by 83 on North Ave. They're able to zip through lines of cars pretty quickly on busy mornings and they've always gotten my order correct. Recently, the woman working in the morning has seemed to get more surly. That was capped off this morning when I asked for my usual Sausage/Egg/Cheese on English Muffin. I was told, "my oven's not on yet" and that I'd have to wait about 10 minutes. I was on my way to work and couldn't wait that long. I thought this was very weird. 4:15am and there's no oven on? Shouldn't it be on for as long as the doors are open? Strange. Not offered any apology or even a consolation donut or something. I'll keep going, but this is a blemish on their track record for me.“

“We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. Met the co-owner, wonderful lady with passion for this place. Can’t believe it has been open for over 2 years. Great kept little secret. Will be back to try more of the menu!“
