It was $16 for a combo, which seems a little high but the time I spend in the area the more I learn it's about average.I got to watch them cook the burger patties on the flat top and then give them a nice char grill. It was huge, almost overpowered by all of the toppings. A big slice of grilled onion, a hunk of tomato, lettuce, bacon... I had to remove some of it to enjoy the burger.The burger itself was well seasoned and tasty with a grilled bun and good sauce. “If you get overstimulated, do NOT come here. Train sounds, kids cackling, and loud voice abound! That being said, we have been twice with my toddler for lunch and have had fun each time. Bring quarters to use the horse and bus rides while you wait for a seat. The staff have always been super nice and attentive, and the burgers and chicken sandwich are pleasantly delicious. I’m appalled they sell $7 servings of Kraft Mac and cheese, but shame on us for ordering it every time ? I’ve never had room for dessert, but most tables order a dessert at the end. The wings were crispy and juicy albeit a little on the sweeter side for a mango habanero. Over all loved the food and will be coming back for more!

I’m not normally down with waffle fries but these were great. Nice and crispy and the seasoning wasn’t over powering. I also did the Oreo shake because why not! I will definitely be coming back cuz I’m curious how the chicken sandwich is. Seriously a great smash burger and worth the money imo. Staff was great, friendly and upbeat. “I grew up on Super dawg and had to visit on my Chicagoland visit. I was staying closer to the Wheeling location in the Northwest suburbs. They have a true Chicago dog, with neon green relish, sport peppers and poopy seed bun. It was a treat to also find a pickled green tomato.

On the downside, hot dogs seemed smaller and definitely less crinkle fries, in. A smaller box. Perhaps next time I will order just the hot dog and a side of fries as a better value and more fries. They have more food options available for those that aren't into hot dogs. A nostalgic place to visit.

Daaamn who knew this lowkey spot was goooodd! Can’t believe I barely tried this spot since it’s down the road of where I live. Got the FULL house double smash burger with bacon, cheddar cheese, grilled onions and “dijonaise” combo with waffle fries/ drink for around 18$. Really loved the freshness of this burger and the bacon was so crispy and just right and with the cheddar cheese. Waffle fries had a Cajun seasoning and were crispy and fresh. Our new go to burger spot ! Also I enjoyed their fried chicken Sanwhich with chipotle mayo and lettuce and pickles, soo crispy and everything is fresh off the grill.“

“Our first experience at this local place. I had high expectations, so I will need to visit again. The hostess seated us quickly, the place was pretty empty for a Friday at noon-ish. The busser brought us water and silver immediately. Great first impression. Step in the server? Not so impressed, a little crass and seemed “irritated” and like we were wasting his time. Maybe he was mad we came so close to closing time (2:30pm) but he never once told us his name, nor did he act like he cared. Food was good, but it was not even WARM. I ordered crepes and they were cool to the touch. Again, maybe I expected too much. I’d like to see specialty coffees (you have a FULL service bar and endless mimosas but no specialty coffees?). I’d also like to see free refills for JUICE, instead of charging $4.00 for a highball glass of cranberry. And I’d definitely like to see some ability to combo - think Egg Harbor or something - if I want I add eggs and bacon it shouldn’t all be side orders. Lastly, for a small family owned restaurant, I was expecting competitive pricing. I was surprised at how expensive it seemed. $14.00 for crepes? Breakfast shouldn’t be $115 for 4 people. It just shouldn’t. I will leave open the 1% chance that our server was just having a bad day. I will give it one more try.“

The only opp which was small, is I am following keto, and asked the burger be served bunless, still wanted the lettuce, tomato, pickle onion typical toppings. The burger came plain, no toppings. “From 4pm to 10pm this is Lucky Burgers. Earlier in the day, it is the Jelly Cafe from 7am to 2pm serving breakfast items. We went for dinner and both had the Smash Burger. We liked them and planning on going back. Dinner menu is limited, and the slot machines are busy.“

“We held an 80 person event here and the coordinator Caryn was detailed, communicative and so nice! The waitstaff and bartenders, the food runners, and managers all helped to run a smooth luncheon, the busboy was attentive and kind!
