“The energy and vibe at night is really high. The bar is full and there is lots of seating. We sat at the bar and were greeted by the bartender right away. My husband ordered a Guinness Draught Stout and it was really delicious (not bitter at all) and I just had a sip of his and just drank some water. I am not really healthy enough to have an entire beer. When we ate here last time we signed up for the rewards program called 360 and on this visit we get a free pepperoni or cheese pizza. We also ordered the Chips, Pico, and Queso as an appetizer. (It was just ok this time... the chips were stale) They play uplifting music in the background that makes you want to get up and dance. There are 12+ TV's all across the room tuned into the different popular sports channels. This is a great place to come and unwind or people watch. We love the beer and pepperoni pizza! Will definitely be back again soon!“

“After not having an Auntie Anne's pretzel in years, Woodfield Mall's locations (two, at least!) have shown me how good they can be.I always look forward to getting a pretzel whenever I visit Woodfield, as they're always hot and fresh; even though the associates contend with huge crowds, they always seem to process everyone quickly and efficiently. Definitely the best location I have visited.“

“Stopped here for a quick snack while we are walking Woodfield Mall on Saturday. Definitely a family-owned franchise, because everyone (old and young ) over-the-counter was working at a fierce pace to keep up with customers demands. It just looked like family. all the staff was very courteous and attentive. Anyway, we ordered the pretzel bites, with cheddar cheese sauce. Just enough to satisfy our hunger pangs ... and reasonably priced.“

“Great snacks! Had a pepperoni pretzel and it seemed like it was made minutes before receiving it. Very fresh and delicious. I also had a frozen strawberry lemonade and that too was very tasty and refreshing. I wish I could drink a gallon of that without any health risk. Good stuff“

“My experience was great! During these challenging times, there was a minor situation that was out of their control. I called the Auntie Anne's the next day and spoke to Megan the acting/assistant manager. Megan listened to my concern and welcomed me to come back and have my order fulfilled properly. She also added free items to make sure I was satisfied. Megan was very relatable and it was a breath of fresh air to have a great discussion with her. I can't wait to come back to this location which is in a food court of lots of other fast food options and gas station!“
