“One of my favorite spots! The vibe inside is just the right mix of cozy and cool—like if your stylish friend with great taste in beer opened a pub. Their salads make me feel responsible, their burgers make me forget I was trying to be, and the fries? Let’s just say they disappear faster than my willpower. “Had a group of 19 women in for lunch today. Went in last week to let staff know we were coming on Monday at 11 am. I arrived, no tables were set up and I had to help arrange tables. All of our meals were very good. There was a huge variety on the menu choices. I asked our waitress if I might have a gift card ( $10 or $15) to draw from among the women. Was told the manager could not get ahold of the owners to ask if this was okay. Really? Anyway, every 2 months I make a reservation for us all to go to lunch. Never been turned down before. All the food was great. This just rubbed me the wrong way.”

“This place is great and no nonsense. You want fast, cheap, great Chinese take out this is the place. Order is always done in like 10mins. Checkout clerk has the process dialed in and out. Also cheaper than elsewhere in town with larger portions. Sweet and sour, Orange chicken, Pepper steak, all are great.”

“Wife was in Rockford on business so I had some time to kill and found this place to try my luck. While I was waiting for a machine to open I talked with the manager. She said Molly's was in an iconic building for the area where you would park your car and get your food from girls on skates. Kind of had the look of an old style Sonic. Anyway they have dogs but no girls on skates.”

“I usually go to the location in south Rouckford on state street. We decided to order to this location not knowing this is a chain restarant. My mistake, I pre ordered online two hours in advance. I arrived 15 minutes late and I still waited ten minutes for my food, no big deal right...things happen. What made me comment is when I got home, two orders were missing, the sushi we ordered had minimal fish but packed with cucumber, which is used as a filler. The rolls were basically vegetarian....very disappointed. I hate to leave a poor review but this was a $80 dinner that was not good. The location on state street has never done this.”

Love the sweet and sour chicken. Sweet and sour ribswere good. Did not care for the pork fried rice. Egg roll was over cooked. I would still go back and get the food we enjoyed.”
