“I work down the street at Mercy hospital, so I come here often before my shift. I wanted to say the baristas here are the best! The drinks are always timely and made well, even when they are super busy. Whoever added sig codes to my drink today, I wanted to say thank you. I was having a rough past few days and this addition made me smile :) They definitely deserve a raise for creativity!“

“I went through the drive thru today and ordered food and a drink. I was told to park and wait for my food in the parking lot. 15 minutes goes buy and I still don’t have food so I go inside. The staff were excellent with their customer service and very apologetic. I received fresh food and free donuts for the wait. I understand rush hour gets busy and people get over looked. It’s how they responded when the mistake was brought to their attention that matters and they did a great job with fixing what was wrong! Keep up the great work!“

“Mcdonalds gets too much hate. Every time I've ordered food, they never get anything wrong. It always tastes good even though it doesn't taste like gourmet food it does to me because I'm only spending a couple of dollars for a whole meal. And to feed my family, it costs around 20 dollars in total. The service is friendly, there's many different ways to order food and pick up/get your food. There's plenty of parking and an app that you can easily order food on and essentially save money by getting points that you can save up to get food for free. They always have deals/coupons. Whatever you want to call them in the app that you can use to your liking and mcdonalds has been around so long. They keep adding things to their menu and changing stuff up every now and then. To me, it's a five-star fast food restaurant.“

“If you’re looking to order your coffee without any interaction of people this is your place! At first I was a little put off by it but then you get to see what all the options are and decide at your own pace at the kiosk, vs the quick split second decisions.

But, I will say, that the coffee we had was absolutely delicious, and I had the Better than anything as a shake and ooof is it amazing!!!
Also I just love how they package them, you can grab coffee or drinks to go and not have to worry about it spilling, what a concept!“
