Went for a birthday dinner and couldn't be happier!
Fantastic food and very nice staff. Pho was excellent.They definitely went out of their way to accommodate our large party. highly recommend.
I was in with some friends. We ordered boba smoothies and were given boba tea. The woman manning the counter refused to correct our orders despite not having confirmed the numbers with us or confirming our orders. When asking for the manager, he was immediately stand-offish and accused me of saying the server did not do her job. He also refused to correct the order, so we just left. Listen, I’ve been a fan since opening day. I’ve sent people there and honestly this past year and my most recent visit (tonight) has been terrible. The service is not servicing. I’ve done orders for pick up, they forget items. Dining in was terrible. Rude, defensive, and they make you spend MORE money for their mistakes. It’s a straight up robbery. Won’t be returning.
