“I stop here often for a Coke mostly and I’ve never really had a mess up on food, actually they’re pretty spot on however usually in the evening when I stop the young kids don’t ever say hi thank you nothing they just had me my Coke and close the window which pisses me off BUT TODAY! 10/1 about 5:20pm Lamiyah opened the window with a smile and said hi how are you? And said have a great night! I thanked her for saying something, she has a beautiful smile and her personality is so sweet! Lamiyah keep up the good work you’ll do big things in life honey!“

“My husband and I FINALLY made it here and I’m so sorry it took so long. We loved it. My husband had the steak tacos and I had the chile rellenos tacos sooo good! The margaritas were really yummy too might go today for the $6 margaritas. The owners were really nice to talk to were very personable we will def be back and try the shrimp n steak tacos:)“

From the moment my sister and I walked in, Julius at the counter treated us with exceptional kindness and respect. He deserves a raise! He asked for my name when I ordered and continued to address me by name throughout my entire visit, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming.

I usually visit the Shorewood location, but I’ll definitely be coming back to the Joliet Culver’s just to see Julius again. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find!

The food was amazing, as always, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.“

“My hubby and I finally made it into White Horse Inn for lunch after years of driving by saying, “We really need to try that place!” Well, we finally did, and it was such a great experience! Our waitress, Julie M., was amazing—so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We had a small issue with a steak being cooked just a touch more than we ordered, but the way it was handled really impressed us. Not only did they take care of it right away with genuine apologies, but they continuously checked in with us while the replacement was being prepared so we never felt like we were waiting and wondering. That kind of service says a lot about how much they truly care about their guests. Between the cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and fantastic service, we left saying, “Why did we wait so long to stop here?!” We’ll definitely be back—sooner rather than later!“

“Party of three. All ordered steaks. Two medium (strip and rib eye) and one medium rare (filet). All very good. The medium people thought theirs a touch close to medium well. Soup, salad and bread are all great. The tuna appetizer is excellent. French fries nothing special. Overall an excellent dinner and service was outstanding by Laurie!“

“I had given up on Burger King years ago, but this place has really stepped up their game. The interior is updated and always looks and smells fresh and clean. The staff is fast and friendly, and the food comes out perfect every time. I've gone to this Burger King more times this year than I have to any Burger King anywhere in the last 5 years combined.“

“I had the privilege of being a Guest Bartender a few weeks ago for a friend's fundraiser at Little Al's.

EVERYONE there including the owners were very welcoming, patient with me, down to earth, fun, entertaining, and hilarious!

I walked in as a stranger but was treated like one of them. I felt like Norm from Cheers! It was as if I was a regular there not a stranger!
Definitely recommend! I wish I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular just for the atmosphere!

“Freshly made and prepared burgers at this White Castle location. I ended up getting some double cheeseburger sliders and some regular sliders with their delicious onion rings. The employees here are very cool and laid back. Inside of this restaurant was clean including the public restrooms. Overall it was a good experience.“

“Neighborhood goodness reminds you of the hot dog shack in the town you grew up in. Solid menu. Great fries. They heat their freaking BBQ sauce! Come on. Why is that not a thing everywhere? My favorite is the poor boy, but nothing on the menu is bad.“

“I placed an order for a jumbo cheese dog and fries and had to wait in the drive thru line over 30 minutes. They said they had a system issue but after reading the reviews I doubt that's the case. I got in line at 6:59 and placed my order it's now 7:33 and I just got the bag. I can't move anywhere because nobody else has their food so I have to sit here and wait. This is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a jumbo cheese dog with tomato and pickle only and a large fry. I open the bag there's a cup in there with a tomato and pickle in it and a cup of cheese missing my hot dog and my fries. It's now 7:37 and I'm still waiting and my order is incorrect. Who just orders a cup of cheese and a pickle and a tomato. I left there at 8:03 finally with my hot dog and fries“

“We went to this restaurant 2 years ago and service and good were bad.
Now there's a new manager and employees and the food is excellent. My wife and I went there to eat before we did our taxes. I ordered my wife 2 Burger King tacos and small fries. Fir my self I ordered same, 2 tacos plus I ordered a Whopper. Their food was freshly cooked and we hit our food oven HOT, not microwaved. The tacos had a good portion of meat sauce and fresh lettuce, delicious! But my Whopper was just like when I ate my first in 1983, a Whopper the way you see it on their marketing posters, a Whopper thick and puffed up bread, I bit into it and man the flavor was like mesmerizing and the juices just poured down the side of my lips, man outstanding, the fries were hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I Rate This Burger King restaurant a 10 Star. Food as it should be made, served and enjoyed. In“

“They're pretty slow but I think they're understaffed. And their sizes tend to vary, if I order a large I might get a mammoth cone or one that could graciously be called a medium at best. So. Not bad, the food is very good and the staff is super polite.“

“Due to the Corona Virus, it’s been awhile since we’ve gone any where and like most of America, by now we’ve gotten cabin fever seriously. We decided to take a short trip to visit my brother and his wife and there’s a Denny’s that we always stopped at on the way to Shaker Heights, Ohio. Being creatures of habit, we thought we would stop as usual to see if they’re still serving. They were. We were greeted by a masked hostess named Kellie who looked like she had just put away her disinfectant bottle and her thermometer gun. The restaurant seemed especially spotless and they were social distancing to such an extent it seemed empty. They had put plexiglas partitions between the booths and they were only seating every other booth. Had we not been wearing masks, you would have seen the smiles of approval on our faces. The Super Slam was still on the menu. It was served hot and delicious. The. coffee warmed my soul as usual and we left feeling we had made a very good choice.“

“I ordered food through the door dash app. The order was prepped quickly and the dasher had it to me in about 10 minutes. Everything tasted great. My only issue is I ordered a chocolate milkshake with my food and they sent a vanilla shake. Aside from that service was prompt and quick and tasted good“

“McDonald’s Restaurants have sure changed since I was little and this one is soo chill. It is the classiest in this part of the Chicago Southland in my opinion. Don’t be surprised if you tend to run into some white collar professionals at this one. And it’s a great McDonald’s to see every generation hangout—sweet senior citizens handing out & grandparents taking their grandkids for lunch. Kind crew, clean & modern interior, and well organized too. I like how there isn’t a drink station, and that you need to get napkins & other utensils directly from the front counter. It makes sense when you think about it: less messes, less waste, more seating space & less stress for us parents. ☺️“
