“Edit from my last review… owner reached out after a complaint filed on the Dunkin app about the “bone” that was found in one of our chicken pepper wraps. The owner apologized to for the inconvenience and offered a free breakfast to make it right. The breakfast 100% better this time around, and definitely makes me feel better and I may give this Dunkin another chance.“

“I stop here often for a Coke mostly and I’ve never really had a mess up on food, actually they’re pretty spot on however usually in the evening when I stop the young kids don’t ever say hi thank you nothing they just had me my Coke and close the window which pisses me off BUT TODAY! 10/1 about 5:20pm Lamiyah opened the window with a smile and said hi how are you? And said have a great night! I thanked her for saying something, she has a beautiful smile and her personality is so sweet! Lamiyah keep up the good work you’ll do big things in life honey!“

“I visited here for the first time today but it won't be my last. I brought my grandkids here and we all found a book to purchase as well as a beverage. I had two different plates to eat as well.
We read, sipped, noshed, and relaxed. What a wonderful oasis of calm to discover. Very zen and all around marvelous.“

“The absolute best Dunkin to ever exist. They are FASTTTTTT. I never have to worry about being late for work grabbing a coffee because they know how to move a line! “I ordered an iced coffee and was given no sugar and asked for 3 packages I have hypoglycemia. I ordered a grande and was given a venti instead. I do not recommend this Starbucks if you have hypoglycemia. New Lenox doesn't like to think hypoglycemia exists just diabetes. I will never ho back there again for an iced coffee. I never had this problem in Junction City, Kansas. Heroin addicts rule New Lenox I'm 1 of 8 women in Will County who have never done it and never will. Again will never buy iced coffee from here hypoglycemia again does not exist to New Lenox residents“

“This is my all time favorite Dunkin. The staff is always so kind especially the morning workers. The food and drinks are always consistent. Whenever I go to a different Dunkin it’s never the same quality as this location. I always get the frozen coffee with butter pecan and blueberry. Never disappoints. I also highly recommend the snackin bacon. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and savory. I think everyone should go to this Dunkin. You guys are my favorite!!“

“Today I was with Rowley and I was thirsty for a Coffee. Tommy was making heavy eye contact with my little brother Manny and I was a little concerned but I didn’t care. Me and Rowley ordered a frappe and a sandwich. The frappe was delicious! The sandwich tho burnt my tongue and I screamed! “Rowley got jumpscared by my scream and yelled “ZOO WE MAMA” Overall great experience!! Definitely gonna go back. Thanks Tom! Employee of the year ?“

“Ordered the Christmas box of donuts with the bagels and cream cheese special. You guys were slammed with orders and drive thru was packed as well but we received our order in a timely manner and employees were friendly. The only thing that could have been better was not putting the donuts so close to each other. The frosting made them all stick together but everyone thought they were really good! Thank you for making breakfast fast and easy on Christmas Eve!“

The customer service here is just as disappointing as the location on Jefferson, I would love to speak with someone that honestly cares about their business I have contacted corporate asked to speak with a district manager, store manager, with no contact information and no call back in return, for the prices I pay for coffee 12$ every visit you would think someone, anyone cared!!!! I hate it here!“

“I called the Dunkin’ Donuts on Haven last night to See if they had any DIY decorating donut kits. I know they had done it in the past for Halloween so I thought it would be fun for the kids to make Christmas donuts. I Wanted it to be a present from their elf on the shelf. I talked to an employee named Jesse. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He asked me if I could call him back in a half an hour because he needed to call the manager and ask if he could make one for us. I called him back later and he said that he could make one for us, and that it would be ready in the morning. I went there today with my kids to pick it up and it made their morning! Thank you so much to Jesse and the Dunkin’ Donuts manager for making my kids day today!“
