“So very pleasantly SURPRISED!!!First of all, I never pick 5 stars unless something has literally blown my mind.And after seeing poor reviews come up, I was hesitant, really. But my dad really wanted a polish thru the garden, & I didn’t have time to drive into Bradley/Bourbonnais from very rural Manteno so, I tried Lili’s.The fries were STILL delicious & very crispy when I arrived home. The beef sandwich was DELICIOUS. And I made my own horseradish sauce at home. Sooooo good!! Dad loved the polish & the dog loved her hot dog!I WILL RETURN ?“
“Had a nice late lunch here today after work, the staff is super kind and appears to be family owned and operated which is always great to see. I got a Maxwell polish, some fries and a Carmel churro. Service was great everyone here was extremely kind and welcoming. Dining area was extremely clean not a dirty table or spot of dust in sight. I really enjoyed all of my food the fries were pretty good, whoever made the Maxwell knew what they were doing as the onions and the Polish were cooked to perfection. As I said I got a Carmel churro and no exaggeration I could probably eat like 4 of them. Super happy that I stopped in today and will most definitely be back if I need a quick bite to eat.“
“Jaenicke's has been around for decades. It was a favorite for, my friends and I, when we were kids and teens in the 80s and 90s. Although I moved away almost 30 years ago when I am in town visiting family and friends, I stop by to get a red hot with the classic sauce and rootbeer float. Still delicious after all these years.“
“Food: hot dogs (regular and jumbo), Italian Beef (get the nacho cheese), polish sausage. If it has fat grams by the bucket, it's here. Goodness....I love fatty foods. Chips, no fries. And a green river to drink. All at very decent prices Service: counter service. Friendly and respectful. That's all I need Ambiance: small place with very limited seating. They have outdoor seating for the warmer temperatures. Not useful in December Overall: A+ in my book“
