“Always loved the big tenderloins, but the last few have been almost too salty to eat“
“Went to Mike's Tavern in West Peoria IL for lunch today. This is a small hole in the wall bar and grill. You first think of a two and a half garage that someone turned into a bar. You would be close . The owner is happy to tell you the history of the place. I had their Tenderloin. Crispy crust, toasted and buttered bun. On the thin side of tenderloins but still thicker then most. Just comes with chopped onions and at least a dozen pickles. No lettuce or tomatoes. Husband had the Double Cheeseburger. Once again only chopped onions and pickles. We shared an order of Truffel Oil Fries. Hot and crispy. They were hard to stop eating! Normally these are Parmesan Truffle Oil Fries but they were out of Parmesan. Definitely worth a stop in for lunch. Kitchen isn't open on Monday or Tuesday. Small menu but food is GOOD EATS!“

“Give @TheHoleShot a follow!! Great Owners, Tenders, and friends. Beers are always cold, and slots are always hot! Cum on down to the March 30th open jam celebrating my 33rd birthday party ! Jam starts 7-?! See you there!“
“Took a friend of mine that I haven't seen in a couple years to MacDuffs, I used to frequent McCritters, and told him, same owners, people, I kinda knew that on Sundays no food is served. So I called, she said just Pizza's. Good enough. I knew I wouldn't see my regular waitress etc. Lo and behold I walk in and there's Dee, a bartender that worked at Mccritters!! My friend LOVED the pizza! What food that was at McCritters, is at MacDuffs. I knew that, but not my friend. So good seeing Dee again, atmosphere was excellent, food, clean bar, went out on the patio, so nice!!“

“Food was really good but too messy to be served without silverware. Really new tho and they seem to be working out kinks on the fly, real well.
Super cool retro arcade featuring old school games and music, ski-ball, very decent pinball selection--a couple old school and about 6 more up to date.
Pool room with nice tables, air hockey, big race game thing that 6-8 ppl can play.
Also big ax throwing set up. We watched and it looked super fun.
It was Level Uppish but fully adult and a more homey vibe. Will go again.“
“We came along way and buy it be a New Year’s Eve. We didn’t look forward to coming to Peoria not having anything to do when we arrived. There were only like four cars in the lot so we figured we were pretty early for the New Year’s bash security at the front door said there was a $25 cover fee. There was no food and he said that there were only three people in the bartender inside, which disappointed me to the bottom of my heart when I come back to Peoria, maybe it will be a more greater experience being that they won’t be charging people at the door who in the world would pay $25 or New Year’s Eve and you didn’t even have food we didn’t come from Chicago to visit somewhere as such so waste of money not knowing what the atmosphere would be like once the crowd picked up, and since we werethe first ones in the crowd to be there before midnight. You could have at least let us in for free because just a couple hours after New Year’s you were packed that was the most ghetto thing I had ever heard of.“
“One of my favorite watering holes in town. Great atmosphere, awesome mix of people of all ages and nationalities. Great mixed drinks. Also the owners do a whole lot for the community. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a trouble/drama free evening. Google is asking about the food for some reason. This is a bar. No food. Just frozen pizza and some chips.
Wheelchair accessibility: Just roll right in!“

“Best place to play darts, remote play options available, dart leagues anyone can join. They also sell darts! Multiple slot machines. Huge bar with great mixed drinks and the prices are the lowest around. Try the Salty Nut drink! Best 4$ you will spend!“
“Small town bar with pool tables and gambling machines. Very nice people. Not always super busy but has its moments. The employees are great and really nice. It's one of my favorite places to go when I need a little me time. It's the only bar I know of now days that sell lottery tickets. My grandparents bar and grill sold lottery tickets when I was growing up. So it reminds me of home. Thanks potties for being here“
“it has always been a family bar Jan herself is a great person I guarantee you go there you'll love it just a great place to go and relax and have fun“
“Our main slot joint. Some days the machines are tight and sometimes we can manage a little wiggle room. Bartenders can't be beat and almost never a dull moment in here. Always open til 4am and nothing fancy about it, so you know what to expect. Would recommend, but that might cause more competition on the machines. lol Thanks guys.“
“This place is so cozy, perfect rock bar, plenty of goth vibes & heavy jams. Def try the watermelon shot! The locals of the bar are actually incredibly nice & welcoming ? plenty of young folks, which is a good sign! It's got darts & pool & very spacious smoking area“

“This is a great little hometown bar. Pool, darts, machines, tv's. We always have a great time here. We come in for the beer, but stay for the atmosphere. The bartenders are always quite nice and cheery. There is outside smoking. I love getting to beat my friends on the pool table.“
“Good people, fair prices, many drink options, and a great place to play pool, darts or a round of Golden Tee. We stopped in and met the owners. They were great people and since they purchased the bar in late 2019 they did a wonderful job on remodeling and renovations. Stop in and give it a try!?“
“I and a handful of friends used to go there every Wednesday when they were serving their all-you-can-eat chicken - it was the best ever (not just saying that). One day they said that they stopped making it but indicated that they would start doing it again soon. That was 4 years ago. I would love to see it make a comeback (or share the recipe).“
“Friendly folks low prices LIVE MUSIC“
“This was for my 9 year olds sons birthday with 3 of his closests friends! The kids had an absolutely blast! When Sunny from the East Peoria Embassy Suites asked my son son what his favorite part was, without missing a beat he said the view! We will definitely be back!“
“My goto watering hole.. only bar in town that caters to the midnight crews who are looking for a brew or 2 after work. "Indoor" beer garden let's ya smoke a cig in the dead of winter & still stay warm. Cold beer still has ice chunks hanging on em. Pool table in the back to help pass time... I love this place & the bartenders who work there are a blast.“
“Always great people, found some new drinks I like, thanks to the bartenders.“

“I ate here for the first time for my husband's office Christmas party.
The food was great, and the quantities were ample.
The menu selection was good, and there were plenty of appetizers available.
The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. We had about 10 or so people in our party and the wait staff was very efficient in getting us serviced in a timely manner.
I had a T bone steak and it was very good“

“Went with some friends on Wednesday night for Wing Night and was not disappointed. Ordered 10 mild wings that were crispy and had heat, but not much, and that's how I like em. Drinks were competitively priced, and the bar tender was super friendly. Great place with good atmosphere. Will be back this weekend to the band.“

“Went there for a Bingo Night with friends and had a very good time! The food was great. Popular choice around the table was the "Smash Burger". This was a good choice as the flavor was there the minute I took a bite. Highly suggest it and suggest visiting here if you want great food and a fun time with family and friends.“
“My favorite place to go for any event or special occasion. BG and the staff are always very welcoming and eager to help in anyway they can. Highly recommend BG Karaoke Saloon for any fun night out on the town.“

“I had the berry salad and a burger. Not what it sounds like. It was a fresh green salad but rather than the usual dried cranberries everyone is using now, it had fresh strawberries, blueberries and blackberries in it along with croutons and red onion. It was wonderful. The burger was cooked to perfection and served on a pretzel bun. Would go back in a heartbeat.“
