7 Best Mexican Restaurants near Maroa

“Ordered wings, Street Tacos, Tex-Mex Sandwich and Elote in a cup to go for dinner tonight. We weren't able to take pictures because we were too busy stuffing our faces! My wife and I got the pineapple habanero and then the chipotle citrus sauces for the wings and they were so delicious! Street tacos had so much flavor! Sandwich was to die for! 100% we will be coming back soon and I will be recommending to everyone looking for amazing food! so happy to have a place like this in our small town!“

“This place is off the chain with its crazy selection of soft drinks, I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper which is just a Dr Pepper w/ coconut and vanilla added. I had a friend of mine order a crazy Starry which is just a Starry w/ Red Grenadine! I ordered the Pablo Burrito and it was huge!!! I only ate a third of it because I had a tamale al La carte. The only reason I gave it a 3 star for service is when I came back from the restroom to wash my hands everyone at our table was standing up!!!

I was wondering after we had just been seated why was everyone standing!!! Apparently someone had made reservations and was throwing a hissy fit because we got seated first!!! In the midst of all this confusion the owner finally found a space in the back for the reserved party and we were able to sit down in the original same place as before!!!

I give it a 4 for atmosphere since there is no place to review for outside decor!!!

Apparently the locals all know this place yet if you were driving by you would miss it as their signage is not lit!!! Just fix the neon sign or get a different one so it lights up and you can see the name from the hiway!!! You have the money the place is always packed!!!

“We regularly drive from out of town to eat here. Best Mexican food around. Margaritas are always delicious. Excellent queso and guacamole. My favorite Mexican restaurant by far! Can’t beat their carnitas!“

“Great food and service, small dining area though and they really need to do something about the front door. It is too hard to open. An elderly gentleman with a cane needed help going in and out today. I think everyone is thrown off by how hard it is to open the door :(“

“Today I ordered a Mixican Pizze minus tomatoes, beans, but extra meat and cheese. Sorry no extra meat half shell was plain no meat and cheese was just few sprinkles on top. Needless to say not the best pizza.

Now I also ordered Nacho Bellgrande, oh my this was excellent, also no beans or sour cream but added nachos cheese, beef, and Pico all of which were present. The Soft Taco was also well made.

So overall had give only 3 stars since I paid but did not receive the extras on my pizza
