She hung in there, smiled as she went about her work, just made the whole fiasco go so much easier than it could have been. She deserves a pat on the back for outstanding customer service, excellent attitude and in my book, going above and beyond to make sure we as a group (including the phone orders) had excellent customer satisfaction. We have gone to this restaurant many times in the past 20+ years, and I cannot ever leaving there and being this satisfied with a restaurant. Kudos to Emily, you're the best ! Thank You.“
