“This place rules. Delicious deli style food. The chopped cheese is so good, comparable to one from NYC. I come here just for the chopped cheese but the breakfast sandwiches and other deli sandwiches are excellent as well. Service and staff are friendly and accomodating.“

“Great cheesesteak. A nice change from the usual gyro, hotdog, or burger and open late for another option besides Portillos in the area. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for a change like I was!! Would only recommend takeout though…inside is nice but the whole place smells like diesel fuel because of the fuel tanks under ground in the gas station lots surrounding Charley’s….only disappointing take away. I’d get a headache eating inside for sure.
Parking: Only a few spots so take out is a better option.“

“Workers were so friendly! I split a large kimchi cheesesteak and drink with a friend here and one of the employees poured the drink into two containers for us. Kimchi cheesesteak was amazing and made me feel like a ravenous animal eating it.“

“The food was excellent and the staff were friendly. We ate breakfast on a Tuesday and we were quick to sit and see a waiter. There was very little staff since it was a slow morning so it took a minute to get the check when they started getting busy. But if you are in the area and want great food please stop by and have a bite.“

“To the one stupid person who left a 1 star review expressing their own stupidity and inability to do their own research. This is a “ghost” restaurant. This means they don’t have their own restaurant instead they partnered with IHOP to make their orders. It’s like 2 restaurants in one. IHOP cooks make their cheesesteaks. It’s all clean and professional. This allows small businesses to test a concept or start a restaurant on a small scale via door dash or Uber eats. You can also pickup the food at IHOP as they make it there.“
