Starbucks in Melrose Park

“Just the right amount of parking. Just the right amount of drive through. Just the right amount of workers!! What more could you ask for?? Let me tell you... You could go to a worse Starbucks there's plenty of them that are way worse... You could find a much worse Starbucks because of lots of reasons such as parking, wait time, poor management, lack of employees, idiots, lot's and lots of idiots. But not here.. with the exception of the customers there's definitely some characters that show up here. I can account from my personal experience that the guy that followed me into the bathroom that was supposed to be a single person occupation. I wasn't going to share so I walked out and let him have it to himself. Never had that happen to me before at a Starbucks so it was marked off my list of life experiences that I never wanted to have happen to me... You definitely live and learn something new all the time!!! If you're not living you are learning and what you learn from here is watch out for people trying to over share your bathroom spot!!! “I decided to stop by to get 2 drinks for my friend and I. However, I noticed that there were only 3 staff members. While I was ordering my drinks, 2 of the employees told the cashier that they were heading out to leave, which meant that she would be all alone. However, that didn't stop her from getting the job done. As I was done ordering, I noticed she was making my drinks but there were also 2 customers waiting. I decided to tell the young lady I had no rush and to not worry about my drinks, to take care of the rest of the customers. While I was waiting, I noticed she ran out of syrups/supplies and the place was somewhat messy. I did see her go back and forth to get some items. I decided to wait till there were no customers and asked her for her name and if she was going to close all by herself. She stated "yes" and I felt horrible. I usually never do reviews but I am only doing this review to applaud Gabby for her hard work and good customer service even though it was very unprofessional that the other employees left their shift without at least restocking or helping out. Starbucks please do better and give her kudos, she deserves it!! (ps: the drink tasted amazing!)“

“Just wow, Daniel was so upbeat & bubbly. very patient while I was trying to figure out what i wanted as I don’t come here often enough to know much about what’s new. He gave me a pup-cup for my four-legged friend in the passenger seat. Overall super great ?☕️“
