“These guys have been on my list for a while and it was worth the wait. THIS IS PIZZA. Bridgeport phils still has my heart but this place just bumped into the 2/3 spot for me. TOP 3 Chicago pizzeria.

Crust: this is what did it for me. The crust was a perfect thickness and kept its structure/ crisp throughout the whole pizza

Sauce: they’re cooking down their own sauce I believe. It’s got a touch of that fresh tomato sweetness. Nothing over powering, just a great classic sauce

Sausage/cheese: high quality Battaglia products. Traditional cheese blend and good sausage. Nothing crazy in this category but definitely brings their pizza together

“My first time in was yesterday and the cashier, maybe he’s the owner? I’m not sure but was so nice! He answered the questions I had, he was very patient, and even recommended me his choice of things. It's refreshing to see people who actually care about their job these days and customer service. On top of all of that great impression, the pizza was SO good I got a slice of cheese, and their Hala sausage and I was surprised of how good it was???. The crust was crispy on the bottom, and had a softer outside crust. The cheese was good, and the Hala Sausage tasted fresh you definitely got a loyal customer here??‍♀️?. “We had reservation at 8pm on a Friday and the staff was super great in getting us in early (we arrived at 7pm after finishing errand early). The food was AMAZING. We all order personal pizzas and had wings as appetizers. The wings were perfectly crispy and their ranch was the good kind of ranch. The pizza did take a bit longer to arrive. I know deep-dish pizzas probably require longer time to make but the restaurant wasn't too busy but it wasn't a crazy time. We did order cocktails and the ratio of alcohol to mix was well done. Would definitely recommend coming for that Chicago deep-dish pizza experience!“

“Stopped in on a whim after seeing a pop-up on FB about this amazing five star Tavern. We were pleasantly surprised when we were welcomed as we walked through the door. “I've had Blaze Pizza in different cities and states. My experience has been pretty much consistent. Inattentive staff, long waits, crowded shop. HOWEVER, this location has been completely different! The staff actually acknowledges your presence when you walk in the door. They make sure to let you know that someone will be with you. They don't leave you standing around. The times I've been there, there was a noticeable attention to keeping the team on task and making sure customers weren't standing around waiting longer than need be. I really hope they keep up the great work, this is the best location I've ever visited.“

“Growing up I lived on the west coast so Hawaiian Pizza is a thing for me. It's delicious ?. My kids of course do the pepperoni or sausage lol. I also do the sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms again very good. Their giant pretzel is soft amd yummy.
