“A fast food joint in Millstadt...what could go wrong? Absolutely NOTHING! The sandwich artists are friendly, attentive, and full of smiles. It is always a pleasure to engage the Subway Sandwich engineers. Despite "supply chain issues" throughout the World, you can STILL get biscuits-n-gravy at this fine establishment in Millstadt....oh how I wait for tomorrow's breakfast!“

“We only found this place because we had a tour to see the horses at Anheuser Busch and this popped up nearby and had great ratings. The neighborhood you drive through to get there is old and quaint. Beautiful brick townhomes. The restaurant/bar is adorable from the outside and really cool on the inside. The decor is local sports but it is spotless. Not sticky at all. Hannah was our bartender and was fantastic. Great personality and even shared some photos of the zoo as we were talking about it. I ordered the “St Louisan” and my husband had “The Nine”. We both RAVED about our sandwiches. The bread was SO fresh and really made the sandwich so much more enjoyable. But the pairing of meats on the sandwiches with the dressings and veggies….🤤. Truly the best Italian sub I’ve ever had and I’m from New England. The fries were good, skin on and homemade and the small fry is massive. Food. Service. Cocktails. Character and cleanliness. 10 stars.“

“One of THE BEST subways to go to. The customer service is great! All the workers are kind and very polite! They always make my food perfect and I never feel rushed. Clean store, clean cold table, and they take coupons. I've gone in at lunch and I've gone in the evening and the customer service is great! One of the biggest things for me is a girl switched gloves when making my sandwich! She washed her hands and had gloves on but when she contaminated them by touching something else she immediately switched gloves. Thank you to whoever trained this worker!“

“This Subway has seen a huge improvement in the last year. The folks working here are friendly and courteous to everyone. The previous group of people (perhaps another owner) were very unpleasant and not very sharp. They seemed to have a chip on their shoulders.
Now the display is clean, the food and vegetables are fresh and well stocked. The staff now smiles, they fulfill my request accurately without having to repeat myself. It's refreshing these days to go into a place where they treat the customers with respect. This is now the best Subway I've been into.“

“I absolutely LOVE Jimmy John’s, but when moving from near their Shiloh location to Belleville almost 2 years ago, they wouldn’t deliver to me, (under 5 miles), and still don’t. Upset. My favorite hands down.I ordered from their app yesterday around 6 p.m. to pick up in store since I was nearby, and my sandwiches were prepared and bagged perfectly as I was walking in.I would even prefer getting it curbside, (since no delivery) ?, but they don’t offer it. Two females working, both pleasant, store very clean and tidy, just missing my delivery that Shiloh always offered.Quality of food is great, and consistent, so I’ll return. Just not as often with delivery!Did I mention I’d love delivery from this store?!! Lol ?That was why no 5th Star!“
