“Amazing restaurant! We came to town for a work trip and stopped here and were so glad we did. We got the pork belly with cheesy grits and honey and the burgers with the bacon bourbon jelly, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was great. The atmosphere was lovely. Mya was our waitress, and she was awesome!”

“Went there for the first time tonight. The owners could not be more friendly. The food is very good starting with their home made salsa and guacamole. The owner brought out some queso for us to try and my husband loved it. I had a guacamole taco and he had the ultimate burrito both were very good. We will definitely be back.”

“I am normally skittish about eating at a restaurant that cooks different types of foods because normally they don't Master none MUCH LESS a Pancake House that has totally different dishes that are NOT what they advertise in their name!!🤷🏻‍♀️ Well Ruby's Pancake House has me ALL F'd up!!! OMG and I've gone there on and off since 2006 when I had my Home Health Agency across the street!!! no matter what you order??? it's GREAT!!! I'm hooked on their Carnitas Taco dinner ❤️❤️❤️ The BEST I've had since I've been out here 19 years!!!!! Omg mouth watering as I'm writing this review!!! 🥴🤤 go treat yourself and tell me what you think???”

“Sam the bartender is absolutely amazing! She is always on it when I walk in the door she has my beer ready for me. She also makes the best bloody Mary’s ! Very tasty ! Tiff the bar manager is a sweet heart. Always has a smile on her face. The burgers are delicious. You must try a Mac’ Daddy aka classic smash burger it is to die for. They serve their fried pickles by spears instead of pickle chips which I think is another bonus. All together this bar & atmosphere of people is great. If you’re looking for a good time you should stop in on Thursdays for free karaoke & Wednesdays for Singo.”

“Happy overall. Got the filet mignon with baked potato and chili. Extremely happy with all of the food - good flavors and seasoning. True comfort food through and through!

Only minor note I’ll make is that the cocktails are presented in a unique fashion. Definitely matches the vibe of the restaurant but surprised me a bit. No complaints - just different!

Happy overall. Plan to return. Would recommend for a casual meal.”

“Just tried pizza by the slice for the first time! Had one pepperoni and one sausage! The pizza was amazing! I’m a huge pizza fan and I can safely say this is in my top 3 favorites. The staff at the counter was super friendly and helpful! Looking at the menu, it seems there’s plenty of options other than pizza too! I will for sure be back! The pizza slice deal is a great idea, keep up the good work! I will definitely be back and recommend otherwise!”

“Fro yo is on point and delish. Love the upbeat colors and the flavor poll on the wall. The checkout was down so the worker gave us free froyo! Tipped a bunch and very nice. All in all an awesome experience.”

This location has been in minooka for almost 20 years now, our quality and customer service is out standing we make all orders on the spot. This ex employee needs to understand he was fired because of his own actions not mine. Find another job and move on buddy!!”
