“I’ve had a taste for a Beggars pizza for a long time now. We stopped on our way home back from the Field Museum and glad we did. Only thing is the appetizer could have came with a few more of each item. The pizza was absolutely amazing like always. We ordered a family size sausage and green pepper well done. It came out screaming hot. Taste was awesome. Lots of everything and a nice thick crust. I you like a nice thick pizza with tons of toppings this is definitely for you. Service was good too and everything came out in a timely fashion. Definitely a must try if you haven’t before!“

“Really liked the pizza here, so did my daughter. Really crispy crust, I liked the sauce a lot too. Price was pretty good. My only gripes were that I could get a pizza delivered to my house for less money from the lockport location verses this location which makes no sensr as it is literally ten times closer than lockport. Also, I asked for a menu to take home and they had literally only one menu in the building. Menu with a coupon or two on it stapled to the box woulda been cool.“

Very generous with the toppings, the sauce tastes very good, and they loaded it up all the way to the edge with basically no empty crust on the edges. “I called and placed a delivery order tonight, which got delivered through Doordash, I ordered a pizza, garlic cheesy bread, and wings. Upon meeting the driver he only gave me wings and the bread. I asked where the pizza was and he acted confused, he had a double delivery so it's possible he gave my pizza to the other person or took it himself. I called the restaurant and they were immediately ready to help sort out the issue and the General Manager herself redelivered my whole order on her way home after the restaurant closed which was greatly appreciated.“

“So when I think of a pizza buffet this isn't what I was expecting. The pizza was pretty good, the chicken was well above what I thought it would be, and the salad was actually fresh and crisp. My complaint was that I had to wait for about, and without exaggeration, 5 min before I was taken care of. There was 2 other diners in the facility. I will say that the whole feel of the restaurant was extremely inviting.“

I got a deal for 2 large, placed my order, while in check out, went back into to the deal to add 1 topping and the it errord and deal did not reappear or was it in the deals section. “I'm a truck driver and I delivered a load to Joliet. After making my delivery, I parked at the Love's truck stop in Joliet. I was born in Chicago and spent my adolescent years in Berwyn/Cicero until my family moved to Florida when I was 13. It's been 35 years since I had Chicago pizza. I looked on line for pizza places near me and ultimately settled on Beggar's. I'm very glad I did! I ordered two pizzas so I would have plenty left over for the next couple of days. The pizzas were still straight out of the oven hot when I got them. Toppings were fresh and plentiful. Real sausage. Smothered in cheese. And the best of all, cut into squares. Thanks for the wonderful dinner and the trip down memory lane.“

“My boyfriend and I decided to try a new-to-us spot for drinks and dinner the other night. I've driven past several times but we've never been in. I am so happy we stopped in! The draft beer selection was abundant and I was thrilled to see so many local breweries featured that I don't typically see elsewhere. I loved their food ordering system of marking of a check box of what you want to order. It was clear they want to get orders right and make sure they leave little room for human error. Nice touch! My boyfriend ordered a double-patty burger and we shared the pretzel which was huge and really delicious! The pretzel also came with queso and mustard dip - and plenty of it! We had 2 bartenders during the time we were there and both were great. Our first bartender had some of the best customer service of any place I've visited in recent memory. She was attentive, sweet, didn't make us feel rushed and was pleasant with everyone she chatted to.

The bar itself has several pool tables in the side room and I think we might have visited on a day they were having a league night because there were a lot of pool players that showed up while we were there which I thought was so cool! There's a ping-pong table, dart boards, shuffle board and probably a lot more I didn't see.

It's just a cool spot to grab a drink and have a fun time. I'm glad we stopped in!“

“Pizza has been HOT both times we got delivery from Rosati’s! I have ordered a lot of pizzas in my day and I thought room temperature pizza was the trade off of not having to go outside and get it.
