“My experience today was AMAZING! It has been a LONG time since I've had a good experience at ANY Taco Bell as far as food quality and sufficient staffing at any of the establishments. The cashier Isaac H. had the most electric charisma and upbeat personality I've ever seen, it was contagious! I left smiling and in a good mood from our short but impressive interaction. Once I got home my food was WONDERFUL! It was beautifully prepared and wasn't skimpy on ingredients like I have unfortunately had in my past few experiences at several different locations. THANK YOU AS WELL to the workers on the foodline! You also made today's experience at Taco Bell on Mall Loop, Joliet IL most enjoyable ? it's nice to actually receive a meal that is worth the money you paid for it! If I knew your names I would give you recognition as well but I can add that the employees working on Friday May 19th 2023 at 12:58pm were absolutely amazing ? and deserve to be recognized for amazing service ?“

“This is my second review for this location, and I still think it deserves a significantly better rating. When we ordered, we got our food very fast, and got all of our drink cups, I've had other locations forget them, and had to wait several minutes for them to come to the counter and give me my drink. My order was a cantina chicken quesadilla, and a crunchy taco, the quesadilla being cut perfectly, and being easy to pull apart, thought the taco was lacking on the meat side of things, overall the food was good, and to my standard for taco bell.

The service was great, even when my dad ordered a bunch of cinnamon twists, they went out of their way, and walked to our table to hand it to us. The sauces were stocked in the containers, and everything was very clean. We did dine in at around 3:45, so not very busy, but it was once again a very chill environment!

The people that also ordered in the restaurant, seemed to have not had any problems either. All of the employees didn't give off any pissy vibes or hostility in any kind of way. The sodas were also very crisp, and none seemed to be missing syrups.

(Try mixing the reg baja with the midnight to get the evil grey drank, trust me 😛)“
